Our office is conveniently located in the Cool Springs area of Franklin, TN.We provide gentle, family-oriented dental care for adults and children. In addition to general dentistry and cosmetic directly provided by our office, we work with the best local dental specialists in the fields of Implant Dentistry, Orthodontics (braces), Endodontics (root canal procedures), and Periodontics (gum diseases). This team approach assures that more complex, necessary procedures are performed by the most skilled providers.

We provide the best and latest in dental technology and treatment options, and are proud that our office utilizes the latest in dental technology. From patient charts to x-rays, we are completely digital to ensure your privacy. We have a modern sterilization system that surpasses OSHA requirements. The source of water for our dental units is distilled water (bottled water). This minimizes the risk for contamination from regular tap water, as used in most dental offices.
Each patientroom includes the opportunity to watch television during your treatment. Dr. Yost and his staff also have the ability to display patient x-rays within seconds to the screen after they have been taken.

Becky grew up on the Mississippi Gulf Coast and graduated from the University of Mississippi Medical Center with a BS in dental hygiene. She married her high school sweetheart and moved frequently throughout the Southeast and Midwest. During that time she worked as a Registered Dental Hygienist in several practices over the next 25 years before transitioning to a front office position at Yost Dental Group. Beckys years of clinical experience have made her a natural at working the front office. She and her husband have two children, one in high school and the other a freshman at Tennessee Tech. She enjoys crafting, hiking, volunteering at church and with her daughters high school band, and spending time with family.
I was afraid to go to the dentist, and my dad found a job for me at a dental office. I have overcome that fear, and it helps me to always be mindful that my patients are as comfortable as possible. - Laura
Laura was born and raised in Mexico City, Mexico, before her family migrated to the United States and settled in Chicago. While living in Chicago, she started her career in dentistry. Laura was a dental assistant for 8 years before returning to school to become a Registered Dental Hygienist. She worked as a dental hygienist for the same dentist for over 20 years where she developed close relationships with all her patients. Her family recently moved to Tennessee, and she joined the team here at Yost Dental Group. She and her husband have a daughter Isabella. In her free time, she enjoys nature, gardening, and has a passion for painting.
We are very excited to have Averi join our team here at Yost Dental Group. She is a Tennessee native having grown up in Dickson County. She is a Registered Dental Assistant and has worked in general dental offices as well as in oral surgery. Averi is a newlywed, having recently gotten married, and she and her husband have two German shepherd dogs named Jaxx and Jayce. She is an international traveler having recently returned from a trip to Italy. She enjoys being outdoors spending time fishing, camping, and taking her dogs on adventures.
Dr. Yost is a past president and board member of the Nashville Dental Society. He has served as a delegate to the Tennessee Dental Association and member of the Peer Review Committee with the Nashville Dental Society.
Dr. Yost is a multi-time recipient of both the Tennessee Dental Association ACE Award for continuing education and the Doctors Choice Top Dentists award. He has also received the NDS Presidents Plaque and the prestigious TDA Fellowship Award for Distinguished Service. Dr. Yost has been featured on Fox 17 News, Nashville Lifestyles Magazine, the Franklin Home Page Business Spotlight, and in Society Life Magazine.
His emphasis on patient comfort as well as keeping up-to-date with the latest advancements in dentistry enable him to provide his patients with the best quality of care in the field. Dr. Yost has a wide range of experience in different areas of dentistry, from preventative and restorative dentistry to cosmetic dentistry and Invisalign.
His approach to your treatment starts with patiently listening to your problems and concerns. Then, after a complete and thorough examination, Dr. Yost reviews and discusses the diagnosis and treatment options with you. Finally, Dr. Yost and you will work together to develop a custom plan specifically designed to meet your needs and your cosmetic dentistry goals.
Dr. Yost and his wife Leisha reside in Franklin and have two children Alex, a medical sales rep, and Ashley, an interior design major. When not at the office, Dr. Yost enjoys watching Big Orange football and basketball, tail gate parties, fly fishing, golf, and his newest hobbies wood working and turkey hunting.

My elderly father recently became of patient of Yost Dental Group. Dr. Yost and his staff have been amazing in helping him with some needed dental work. They are kind, patient and helpful. I can not recommend them highly enough. FIVE STARS!!

The professionals at Yost Dental are always friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable about dentistry. They have the latest and best tools for completing a very thorough exam and cleaning process. They always ask if you have questions and are very eager to answer them for us. This is a great experience and it makes going to the dentist a real joy.

The whole staff is so friendly! You always get a great smile from the front desk and Laura who cleans my teeth is gentle and through, I just sit back and relax and let her do her work. Laura and Dr. Yost seem to really care about your oral health and talk to you about preventative care and really seem to listen when you speak. I would highly recommend the office for your whole family, great with little kids and older adults as well!

I highly recommend Dr. Yost and his team. Since I was a child, I have been extremely anxious about visiting the dentist. After my initial visit at Yost Dental Group, I've become an advocate. They are absolutely amazing, from the excellent level of customer service at the front desk to making me comfortable in the dental chair. The treatment plan is always actionable and I believe has my best interest in mind.

Always a good experience, even though having dental checkups is not the most fun thing in the world, nor is getting additional dental work done. But they always seem to make the process as comfortable as possible!

Yost Dental is the best dental care group we've ever worked with. The staff is fantastic, the facility is great, and the overall experience has been wonderful. Dr. Yost is so kind and caring, and he truly works to get to know your family. And Laura is absolutely the best hygienist we've ever had. She's so incredibly thorough and it's clear she cares. Easy location and super convenient parking, they're always really accommodating for work schedules I never have trouble finding a first-thing or lunchtime appointment time. Helpful and friendly front desk staff. A lovely hygienist, Laura, who is gentle but super thorough, taking the time for oral cancer screenings and explaining what she's doing, how your visit compared to last time, etc. And Dr. Yost himself is wonderful too.

I've been going here for years and have always had the best experience! Dr. Yost is always so personable and truly cares about his patients! To be honest I was a little nervous about there being a new hygienist, but she was amazing. The bedside manner is 2nd to none! She even put Vaseline on my lips after the cleaning because she realizes that it dries out your lips. I am so happy with her and will continue going back for years to come!

I started coming to Yost Dental Group over 10 years ago. I've never had a negative or painful experience -- in fact, I have the best time when I'm there. Not many people can say that about a trip to the dentist office! Dr. Yost is skilled, knowledgeable, and up-to-date. And his staff are all friendly and professional. I have been going to Dr. YOST for years and I decided to get Invisalign after *several* consultations in July of 2020. This experience has been nothing short of amazing-- after my initial mouth impressions, my course of action was customized and perfected. They continuously work with my schedule, communicate payment and timelines, and make me feel like family. The Invisalign is not only changing my smile, but changing my confidence. Every person in that office truly makes a difference in my day every time I go, and Dr. Yost has continued to make my smile journey the most professional and personable experience. If you are considering Invisalign (or just need a new dentist in the area), this is the place for you and/or your family!

DO NOT GO HERE!!! TAKE YOUR PAIN AND MONEY TO SOMEONE THAT WILL PREFORM IT RIGHT!!! I had filling done about 3 years ago there. It was by far the worst experience I've ever had. Here we are today 10/16/2020 that filling is starting to break off piece by piece. I paid almost 800 or 900 to get this done, now I pretty much have to have it pulled by the looks of it....
