I had such a great experience with Dr. Kim. Every single person working here was friendly and professional. Everything was explained in a manner that was easy to understand. This is the way a visit to the dentist should be. I would highly recommend them.

Yorkville Smiles was recommended to me by a friend, and my experience with Dr. Kim and his staff was great. The clinic was modern and equipped with the latest technology. Dr. Kim was very attentive and explained every process very thoroughly to helped me feel more comfortable about making decisions on different treatment options. I would certainly recommend to my other friends and go back again for my future treatments.

I had given them five stars when we initially came to the office because their technicians are very kind and patient with children, but their accounting system is not accurate. I paid over $500 out of pocket after my insurance covered and I recently received a bill for a remaining balance from almost a year ago. I took my kids to a different dentist and apparently some work that I was billed for was never done and my insurance won't cover to really get it done because they paid for the work to Yorkville Smiles already. They also apparently billed my children as adults too. I'm currently waiting for copies and images of what they did and have not received anything yet. I've been dealing with this for weeks now. I'm not sure what else to do because I really don't think it's fair that I have to pay out of pocket for their mistake.
