After some issues with a big chain dental practice this is a nice change. The staff is friendly and professional. Dr. Bluestone is great.

After having a bad experience with one of the big dental chains in my insurance network I decided to try Yorktowne Dental. What a difference it made! Dr. Jack is wonderful with my daughter who has anxiety issues and the staff is friendly and helpful with scheduling appointments. I highly recommend Yorktowne Dental to everyone I know. 5 stars.

This place cares absolutely ZERO about its patients. All they want is your money and they implore underhanded tactics to get fees out of you. Had a cleaning appointment scheduled from 6 months ago. They called me the day before to remind me. I was traveling out of town and asked to reschedule. She said it's a $30 fee for not canceling 48 hours ahead of time. I said it would have been nice for you to call me with the reminder 48 hours ahead instead of 24 hours. She told me this appointment was scheduled 6 months ago so I had plenty of time to cancel????? That's straight slimeball tactics. My former dentist in Hanover would call one week ahead of time for the reminder to make sure you could keep your appointment. They understand people aren't going to remember an appointment made 6 months ago. It's a shame they stopped taking my insurance. Well anyway the woman whose name is Carolyn asked me did I Want to reschedule the appointment now. I told her NO that I would be finding a new dentist.

Just recently got my braces off and I couldn't be happier! I've never once had a bad experience with the dentist or orthodontist. Everyone there is very kind and treat all patients with respect. Very very happy!!

I have been with Dr.B since 1995. He is wonderful. Amanda, Holly and Sharon are wonderful. Actually all are great people

Nice, calming & quick! After being terrified of the Dentist, I finally went after aprox. 13 years! Yorktowne Dental was highly recommended due to their kindness & patience. They fixed my front tooth in the blink of an eye! I still continue to go to this day.

My wife and I have been going to Yorktown Dental and Dr. Jack for 16 years. Dr. Jack is extremely competent and very caring. His staff is very nice and caring as well. They really listen to your concerns and are responsive to your needs. I highly recommend his practice!

I had issues with insurance and the dentist ultimately ended up covering my bill because they told me I was covered when I wasn't. It was stressful at first but I'm satisfied they resolved the issue on their end.

The staff at this office are great. Very nice and accommodating. Dr jack is the best. I had a lot of work done recently and it was virtually pain free.

There hasn't been a single time where I haven't had a problem. They call you to give "reminders" that it's time for a check up, when really it's been 6 months so insurance doesn't cover it. I've had one of the receptionist say my whole ssn out loud so everyone could hear. I've had my dentist tell me that a cavity in my tooth wasn't a big deal so he was going to wait to fill it.(waited to long and it had to get pulled. The only reason I still go here is because I don't have another option in my area that takes my insurance. If you can stay away, you'll keep more of your teeth and save money.

Great dental practice. Dr. Jack is really good at what he does. Amanda rocks and Ashley is "the bomb". I would recommend Yorktowne Dental to everyone.

Dr. Bluestone is a great addition to the practice. He's very nice and considerate. My hygienist was very gentle. I'm an assistant for a different kind of dental practice and this office has very good flow. I haven't had to wait very long in the waiting room or the doctor to check after my cleaning.
