It would be very helpful if you had a prominent sign out front that makes it clear where you are located. Google maps led us to the building next door-- which ALSO has a pediatric dentist! where they said this happens with a lot of your patients :/ And she directed us across the street Also, when we made it to in the right building, it was hard to find your office. Nevertheless, wonderful dentist; she was awesome with my daughter, who's pretty shy... the sign was our only issue.

They were all so good with my toddler - caring, kind, playful. They had him laughing and were interacting with him the whole time. I really appreciated how easy they made the experience today.

Please be careful about this practice. They have amazing reviews, and I will admit the dentist and hygienist are very nice. However, I will not be returning. At my 4 yr old's appointment, he was given fluoride treatment (aka they apply the fluoride to the teeth with a small brush. Process takes about 20 seconds). At no point did the hygienist ask if I wanted fluoride treatment, or mention that it may not be covered by insurance. A few weeks later, I received a bill for $95 for the treatment. Since I have dental insurance which guarantees my child 2 free dental wellness visits per year, I called the office and they explained (very quickly without having to look into it much), that my insurance only covered 1 fluoride treatment per calendar year. When I explained that the fluoride was applied without any warning about this and just as a routine part of the exam, they had no response. I asked if the fee could be waived, and they wouldn't allow it. I even spoke to the office manager, Dawn, and explained the situation, and she was completely unsympathetic. It put such a bad taste in my mouth that I told them they would be losing us as patients, and they took no steps to retain us and instead Dawn simply said, "so I guess we'll remove your future appointments?" Unbelievable. Patients should be made aware about extra expenses that are not included as part of a basic dental exam for their child. They should be asked and not told that a treatment is being applied, particularly if it is common practice for pediatric dental insurance to only cover 1 fluoride treatment per year. I feel they scammed me, and then didn't take appropriate action after to retain me as a patient with 2 children going to the practice. I caution you to be very aware of your dental benefits before going, and to make sure every part of the exam is covered. Edited to add- please don't respond to review with "we value your time. Please call and we will discuss." I already called 3 times to discuss. But would be very open to the practice calling ME to discuss and make it right.

Dr. Staci was great!!! She was thorough and took the time to explain everything to me and my son. The office is clean, bright and inviting to children. My son was super excited that he could watch spider man and friends the whole time.

Dr. Staci and her staff are just absolutely fantastic. Cannot say enough good things about our experiences here. Dr. Staci takes the time to explain everything thoroughly and answer all questions. My kids are excited to get their teeth cleaned! The office is clean, professional, and very kid friendly and welcoming. My 5 year old needed two teeth extracted recently and Dr. Staci was just so wonderful through the whole procedure - so respectful, positive, warm, gentle - my daughter felt so comfortable and has been telling everyone about it and how great Dr. Staci is!

Took my almost two year old to see Dr. Staci today and she and her staff were amazing! Dr. Staci took her time to answer all of my questions and she and her staff were so sweet and patient with my son and made him feel comfortable at his first dentist appointment. The office is very clean and all of the staff were warm and friendly. Will definitely recommend that my friends and family take their kids there!

Everyone was so nice and patient with my son and all my questions; my son is just 2.5yrs old and he loved the visit. The office itself is great- looks brand new and very kid-friendly. Will definitely continue to go here.
