Everyone was pleasant and efficient. I was in the office maybe 30 minutes for a root canal. I arrived at 7:55 am. Since I had preregistered i saved a few minutes. But in less than 5 minutes I was taken to exam room, had X-rays, was told I needed a root canal and had the root canal completed and was walking out the door by 8:25am. The procedure was pain free. I'd certainly recommend this practice to anyone.

Dr. Isett is amazing at what he does and is the only doctor I trust with my teeth. I had two root canals done, and I didn't feel anything at all, almost fell asleep! Also his assistant Miff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and very skilled at her trade. They are the elite endodontists in the area and I highly recommend them!

The staff and physician that Care for me for my procedures were so professional! They were very informative yet personable and made you feel comfortable while you where there. I would recommend them 100% based on the care I personally received.

My experience with York Endodontics was surprisingly good. Who would have thought that a root canal was just as easy as a filling at your dentist. Dr. Curtis and Jen were pleasant and very clear with what they were doing and why. I recommend this practice.

Very professional doctors and staff. Dr. Kertes is extremely competent and his concern for me was outstanding. I've had several root canals by Dr. Kertes and they all went quite smoothly and I had no adverse effects post procedure. I was originally terrified to go there but Dr. Kertes and his staff put me at ease and I no longer suffer the trepidation I originally experienced.

Office staff was very helpful, patient, and courteous. Was able to get in the same day (Friday) I called for an emergency procedure. The doctor and his assistant were equally as congenial. The building was clean and up to date. It offered a pleasant atmosphere. Everyone I passed was upbeat. All questions were answered thoroughly by the doctor. Would highly recommend this practice.

Super friendly staff! I am a nervous person when it comes to the dentist of any kind. I walked in and felt calm and at ease immediately! Why, because they have an office doggie. All dentists should have that. Lol. But, besides the dog, the staff was on time, friendly, and made me feel comfortable. Look forward to going again. Easy to locate and plenty of parking.

9/15/22 First thing was the great music. No elevator nonsense or cover bands playing music. This was the real deal Rock and Roll. Good stuff. Guns and Roses, Aerosmith, Journey, Kiss and more. Secondly, but most importantly, the procedure was quick and painless. As a patient, my expectations were somewhat cautious due my last experience with a root canal was long and arduous. Of course, times change and so do improvements in the orthodontist professIon. I am not exaggerating when I say 45 minutes in and out of the chair. No one made a false step. Paper work, 3D X-rays, and root canal done like bada bing bada boom. Every staff member was professional and courteous. I would recommend this organization to anyone who is in need of and seeking orthodonture work. They are simply the BEST. We Ted Witmer

I highly recommend York Endodontics for your Root Canal needs. I had an urgent need and was seen the same day. The staff was very warm & friendly. The procedure by Dr. Michael R. Kertes. was totally painless, efficient. He & his assistant made me feel completely at ease the entire time. He took the time to explain the diagnosis & treatment.

From the moment I walked in the door my experience at York Endodontics was wonderful! He staff at the front desk were welcoming, friendly and most of all calming! They understood my nervousness and helped me relax and know that I was in the right place to get my tooth taken care of. And the dentist and his assistant were amazing ... they were patient and they listened to me. I greatly appreciate the quality of care I received and would recommend York Endodontics to anyone who is in need of a root canal!
