Went in for a cleaning with Nikohl who did an amazing job! Sadly, I didn't see her work until I left so I couldn't tell her. She was very kind and informative, which I really like. It's been years since I've had a cleaning done, but she took care of me! Everyone at the front were also very kind and welcoming! Looking forward to keeping up with my cleanings at York!

I was really disappointed with York. My husband and I recently moved here and saw the positive reviews so we scheduled an appointment. They really hustled us in and out and made us book future services for things we don't need. They asked my husband if he'd like to consider Invisalign, and he said maybe, expecting to get more information on a treatment plan, timeline, and costs, and he got nothing except the total cost. If you are going to trust a new dentist with expensive procedures, you need them to do a little bit more evaluating and planning. The receptionists were fine but we never felt quite welcomed like we have in other offices. We will be moving our dental needs somewhere else.

The best part of York Dental isn't just the service but the entire staff as well! Everyone's friendly and I'm always greeted with a smile from the moment I walk in to when I leave. I also can't thank Dr. Jelinek enough for continuing to do an amazing job and providing me with absolute care! Tooth be told, you'll be in great hands!

I always expressed my uncomfortableness and all my discomforts that I have been suffering from the doctor. I tried to communicate with the clinic more than 5 times? But for months they have not given me solutions, they only tell me to ask the doctor to see what she designs and see if she can attend me and wait for them to return the call to me, something that they never have at their while I continue living with All these changes that she made in my front teeth and molars and this has been a long time and does not improve after seeing all my savings spent because they were thousands and thousands of dollars? almost? 10,000 I have the tests and I did not get the expected results, is it unfair that at this point I? I am not comfortable or happy with the results after I have paid so much money for very beautiful looking dental crowns but that does not help me if I am uncomfortable and in the same way with toothache do I still suffer all these discomforts? My experience with York Dental and Dr. Ines de Llano has been amazing. I'm a type of person who is very hesitant about choosing options when I don't have all or most of the data available to me. I had been having an issue with a tooth that needed attention so I wanted to make sure I made the right decision in choosing a new Dentist. Previously, I had been driving back to my home town which is 2.25 hours away but I wanted to find someone near me to save on time and money. York Dental was close to me and they had good reviews online so I decided to choose them. The first time I walked in after making an appointment over the phone I noticed that the front desk staff were smiling, polite and very helpful. The second time I walked in the front desk lady (I wish I remembered her name) addressed me by my first name. I thought that was impressive. Dr. Ines de Llano was the most amazing dentist I have ever had. She is very personable, focused/energetic and amazing at her craft. I ended up needing a root canal and crown and she did an amazing job through that process. She was very thorough and attentive which put me at great ease. I would recommended her to family and friends without hesitation. I plan on having Dr. de Llano replace a current crown I've had for over 25 years located in the front of my mouth. I have a little discoloration in my gums along with an uneven tooth line that I am confident she can help. After each session (4) with Dr. de Llano (initial cleaning, root canal, permanent crown placement, 2 cavity fillings) the front desk lady had pricing estimates ready for me to look at and explained total cost, insurance cost and "out of pocket" costs to me very concisely. After that, we scheduled our next visit on the spot. I wrote this review because I know there are other people like me who have a hard time choosing a Dentist (and other services) that could have such an impact on their well-being. I hope that you will take my experience into consideration into making the best choice for you.

Well, I feel obligated to leave this review. I came here around a year ago and saw De Llano for a routine checkup off the recommendation of an advisor. First, the hygienist was an absolute butcher with the cleaning tool. I don't know what the proper cleaning technique is supposed to be, but I never had anyone cause that much bleeding before. She was like GOUGING at my gums, not even trying to avoid them. They also took pictures of all my teeth which I've never seen done for a routine checkup, but fortunately it was all covered by insurance (they DID seem really keen on the fact that i had insurance, now that I recall). When I saw De Llano, I was told I had 5 cavities. I was quite surprised as I had only had a single cavity in my entire life up to that point. I wanted to get a second opinion, but after I left the place one of the teeth that they said was the worst one started having some slight sensitivity so I panicked a bit and decided to get that filling done at York Dental (I had never experienced any sensitivity in a tooth before that other than losing baby teeth so I may have overreacted). During the procedure, De Llano told me the that the decay was "close to the nerve" and I may need a root canal if it gets worse. I ended up seeing two other dentists within the next month, one that was nearby here and I also went to my old dentist from out of state. Both of them agreed I had possibly one more borderline cavity, but that was it. I ended up getting a filling for that second one at the clinic nearby. That dentist also thought it was unlikely that the decay would be close to the nerve in the first tooth I had done based on the level of pain I reported, but could not be certain without seeing inside the tooth herself, so I wont count that against them (It's been over a year now and that tooth is fine). My advice: Sort the comments by lowest rating and make your own judgment.

Dr. Jelinek and staff are very personable and I always feel welcome there. You can tell that they love their jobs and have great relationships throughout the office. This caring environment carries right over to their patients. I've referred friends who have been very thankful for helping them find a great place to take care of their oral health. I highly recommend.
