These people never answer the phone.... I know if I call anytime after the morning, the will not answer their phones. I'm not sure if it's an issue with the receptionist of the office as a Whole. Unfortunately once I get my last procedure done, I'm switching dentist/office. Don't bother, they don't consider your time.

I have never been at this office, however, i made an appointment prior to reading the ratings, after reading the ratings I had to call and cancel the appointment. This is why these business need to have better customer service, because in this era of technology your unprofessional behave can affect your bottom line.

GREAT SERVICE, Had a wonderful experience- Staff is very professional and accommodating, DR. Ana is a Seasoned Professional and Very charming- treatment here is pleasant, consistent and reliable. Awesome Space, neat , comfortable and very convenient location. Mercedes & Jenny at the front desk went above and beyond assisting me with all my appointments , very flexible and making me feel valued! Hard to find this type of high end service in Dental lately!

I had an appointment, I showed up and they were closed. no one call to let me know my appointment was canceled or that they will be rescheduling my appointment. I had to wait a month for this appointment. I had to leave work for this for this and no one was available to even pick up a phone call at any location. Simple unprofessional!

DMO/HMO patients remember you assigning this as your primary care get's them PAID MONTHLY whether you visit the office or not. Speak with your dollars and remove them if possible and find other dental offices. Yonkers Dental Associates engages in business practices that are far outside the norm. During COVID they are asking my family to come into the office for a routine pediatric referral that would have been easy for them to pass on to a specialist. Instead the office and supervising manager decided to be inflexible even during these trying times.

I felt compelled to write a review on this practice after all the horror stories I read prior that nearly prompted me to cancel my first appointment (insurance was changed and I needed a dentist ASAP). For starters, I had an emergency and received a same day appointment with my first time call, along with its proximity to my home is where my first two stars came from. In all honesty I am not a fan of the dentist and I am NOT a fan of rude people so I was slightly petrified about what I was getting myself into. First impression, of the place wasn't amazing, there's no big sign saying "Yonkers Dental Associates" only a small sign on the door which can easily be missed. The inside was clean from what I noticed, but small. I did wait a long time before I was called, they told me to come in at 11 am and I was seen at 12pm. I guess I could understand being that they slid me in for my emergency. Staff in front were okay to me, they didn't give me any attitude. Patience is key a lot of times in medical practices. However, the staff in the back were so so awesome, my dental hygienist who's name I believe was Maria, was very nice, and her and I had a great conversation which helped ease my nerves. But to top it off, my dentist, who's name I cannot spell for the life of me but it began with a S, she was a female, and she was an absolute sweetheart! She walked me through everything before she did it which I appreciated immensely, and being 23 she definitely gave me a motherly comfort while taking care of me. I had a chip in one of my molars and a cavity, I went home with no pain before, during or after my visit which involved a filling. I'll be going back to see her again for my cleaning in 3 weeks. So please don't judge a book by its cover. Give it a shot! I went in with no bias and I was pleasantly impressed! Thank you ladies!

I was supposed to go in for an appointment to get a second opinion on something important to my dental health, and this place disgusted me. I arrived 5 minutes before 9:00 and my appointment was at 9:00. I went inside the building and the attending nurse and doctor were both outside of the office because get this- the nurse left the key to the office in her husband's car. Myself, this nurse and doctor and a few other patients waited more than 20 minutes for the office to just be opened. I got fed up and just left because though I was also the very first one to get there, other patients were going ahead of me once the office was finally opened. I will not try to go back here and do not recommend. Very unprofessional.

I expect the best quality dental care and would never recommend this place. I do not like to give bad reviews or bash however everyone electing to visit this dentist should definitely read this . When I first arrived the place was not very welcoming they were tinted windows even on the receptionist desk the waiting room was disgusting with peeling paint and what could possibly be asbestos in the lobby area where people are expected to have a seat. I went to the back and saw a female dentist who had no idea what the heck was going on they scrambled for dental equipment and gave me a root canal I will soon never forget. Her name started with a M maybe muller mullein. She did not advise me what she would be doing and kept saying oh boy oh my God while she was working on me. On my way out after 2 1/2 hours,I could see the dental assistant hand washing the dental surgical equipment and tools with regular hand soap and putting them In the med packages which are supposed to be sanitized, wet. This place should be closed down! PS I went in for a A root canal they were happy to take my Medicaid but cannot do my crown what is the point what's a gimmick and run around and waste of my time.

My son had an appointment for 11:30. He didnt eat from the day before because he was having a procedure done. The staff decides to order full course meals and eat in front of the people. He didnt get seen until 1:30. We didnt get out until 2:00. Never again.
