Following in the footsteps of his father, Dr. Rajani is a passionate dentist who strives to providethe very best care for all his patients. In his younger days, Dr. Rajani spent many evenings andsummers at his fathers dental practice watching and admiring as his father treated each patientwith care and precision.
In pursuit of his desire to become the best dentist himself, Dr. Rajani attended Cornell Universityfor his undergraduate training, majoring in Biology and Nutrition. He then attended theprestigious University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine where he earned his Doctoratein Dental Medicine. Amongst other awards and accolades, he was selected to become a NationalHealth Service Corps Scholar, for which he made a commitment to provide dental services to anunderserved community for three years. He began this commitment after pursuing an additionalhospital-based surgical residency at the Long Island College Hospital in Brooklyn, NY.
For the past several years, Dr. Rajani has worked in both community-based settings as well asprivate practice, meeting the needs of all his patients whether they need routine work or fullmouth treatment. He served as Dental Director of the Boriken Neighborhood Health Center inManhattan for 2 years. From a childs first check up to orthodontic treatment to complex gumsurgery, Dr. Rajani has mastered the skills needed to provide the most comprehensive care.
Dr. Rajani understands that each patient comes with their own needs, experiences, and desiresand he strives to personalize his treatment plans accordingly. To stay current in his field, Dr.Rajani takes hundreds of hours of continuing education every year in topics such as esthetics,orthodontics, and implant placement. He also uses the latest technology and collaborates withlab technicians and specialists, all to ensure that his patients receive the most up to date careavailable. He expects the best of his own healthcare, and so he strives to be the best for hispatients.
