Horrible place! People are very arrogant and unprofessional. When you speak to the office manager she pretends that she cares but not really! They give you an appointment and they call you 2 hours after! You doesn't feel welcome at all!

Had a wonderful experience here. I had a referral to get 3 extractions (wisdom teeth) but the referring dentist didn't do the xray i needed to get them. Not only did they get me in the very next day for the xray i needed but got me in for my extractions the day after that. They were all pleasant and everything was done in a timely manner. Dr.Bowser was great. I couldn't be happier with his work. Thanks to the entire team at Yes Dental!

All of the dentist I have encountered have been knowledgeable, explain every option you have available, keep you (as a parent) in the loop of every step they take regarding their health. I appreciate this practice and all they do for my babies. I will be changing my dentist over to them as well! Thank you again!!

Front desk are full of extremely rude and incompetent people! They constantly loose paperwork and blame it on the patient. Wait time of at least an hour and a half even if you get there early. Waiting room is dirty, hot and crowded. The last time I was there an ambulance was called for a patient having work done. At this point I wouldn't take my dog there! They need to shut down to clean and find a staff that doesn't treat patients like s**t. The only positive thing was the oral surgeon (who is subcontracted) he is extremely nice and he does an excellent job!

On 9/8/2022 I had the best of service. My dentist paid close attention to detail and her assistant was very in tune with the directions provided to her. For a busy office I give them a round of applause. Thank you all including the manager for going above and beyond in service. J. Galvis

The waiting just to be called to the back was over an hour. Then over another hour waiting in room for dentist. I don't know if they were having a bad day or if this is all the time since this was my first visit. They need a better appointment system. Was there for over 3 hours and only got xrays done!

My experience was terrible they did not do nothing for my teeth but drill it and. Only clean one tooth and then said I was finished it's like she was too lazy to clean it

Very rude front desk, All they do is talk rude,hang up on you when asking for help . Just because I needed to get a cleaning done she said no I'm not a patient all I was typing to tell her is that I was not a patient to no other places ,I came on my own , I went to aspen cause they was giving free consultation and had a 3 D tooth scanning X-ray and since they did not accept my insurance I was calling many places , asking if they were accepting my insurance once I found yes dental , in spite of friends telling not to go to them cause they rude unprofessional I wanted to give them a try , I went back to aspen to ask them for the X-ray they did for me and a referral aspen did not know where I wanted to get my extraction done if I did not mention yes dental , now she's acting like aspen referred me to yes dental, I only get a consultation with them , I did not have a dentist there, that's all I was trying to explain when she was so rude yelling and hang up . I called back to say why would you do that ? She said because we don't want to see you , Worst place to go to .
