This place is very horrible please do not try to attempt to actually make appointments for here if they have cancellations in the afternoon that's just enough then they'll cancel the whole afternoon for whoever else is in the patient trying to make an appointment and it doesn't make it convenient for their customers that are trying to get teeth dental done especially if there's emergencies. Even before the hurricane today I had made an appointment and they canceled all the appointments that day because of the fact that They did not want to get caught in the rain even though the hurricane was not supposed to be hitting the next day or in the afternoon evening. My daughter has a hole in her molar and I wanted to take her in as an emergency dental but yet again as of today the appointment had to get Reschedule because of the fact that people canceled in the afternoon evening and so they wanted to move her to an earlier appointment right after the hurricanes left not knowing whether families could make it or not. This dentist cares for itself and not his patients I would not recommend going here

My name is Kiriam, let me start off with saying, thank you lory, natalie & the front desk ladies. They understood my pain. They figured what caused my pain and they helped me with my pain. Also prescribed me three medications to help with my pain and infection which I truly appreciate!! I was going insane without being able to eat or sleep for 4 days. Not only did they help me with my pain and my tooth (I remember) number 14. They also saved my trip for my birthday that I had planned already, but was thinking on canceling it because of my toothache. Thank you guys so much and thank you DR. J KATSUR. I truly appreciate your patience, Your help and your time and great assistants. With all honestly for someone who had braces and doesn't like the dentist, I honestly would say my experience here was five stars, the communication the understanding and the service very well done. My left side is still numb which is normal because I had a root canal procedure done and I know that I feel so much relief already so once again thank you I will be back. HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO MEEEEE

this place literally takes for ever i had an appointment at 12 it's almost 2 and I'm still here left me with anesthesia alone like WHATT insane I'm so disappointed as I write this there EATINGGG like what so irresponsible never wanna come here again!

Went in with my dad for extreme tooth pain. They did a pano x-ray, didn't explain to us what the issue was or what was causing pain. They prescribed antibiotics with a referral and blew us off. I DO NOT recommend this dental office. They do not care about patients and they're dental needs. Money hungry for sure. If I could rate this office a -10 I would.

I love love love this dentist! I had a really difficult time finding any dentists in my area accepting new patients until I found this office online. They accept MCNA and Liberty dental plans (That's hard to find), and I had an appointment scheduled really quickly compared to other offices. The staff was very competent, friendly, and accommodating towards those who have special needs. My son was nervous but the staff was very patient with him and took time to explain everything to him. This was an excellent experience for us. It looks like we've just found our new family dentist! Thank you for being so awesome

Thank you so much to Dr Justin Katsur and staff for taking care of my 19 yro daughter on an emergency basis. They were able to see her and get her back the same day to restore her front teeth that she had fell and chipped the Dr wanted enough time to not be rushed . So happy they made it a priority . And they look good, very happy with the service provided and they encouraged her to come back for full exam and cleaning ( as she is extremely dental phobic) great job on following through with next dental step .

WORST OFFICE EVER!!!! Let's start with it they have no respect for other people's time. You arrive early or on time for your appointment and yet hour and a half later you are still waiting while the young ladies in the front make it a point to gossip. No professionalism whatsoever! Filthy office! And zero listening skills! Don't waste your time on these people!

Honestly I did not have any problems! I see a lot of bad reviews but my experience was well organized. I scheduled my appointment for 11:00am and I was called to the back at 10:30am. The dentist was extremely nice and respectful. I had my cleaning done in no time and will be back again in the next six months!

I visited Justin Katsur, DMD on April 2, 2019 because I was having pain. I was charged $650 for the service. I placed a $350 deposit and was given a payment plan of $100 for the next 3 months. I moved to Oklahoma I desperately needed to be seen about the same tooth which I chose Proud Dental in Guthrie, OK. The dentist instructed me the tooth was cracked and will need be extracted; which my insurance plan payed for! What YesDental did was not repair but patched up. Whatever was used practically fell off the tooth leaving my nerve exposed. Again, I was charged $650 for it!!! I will NEVER refer anyone to them!

Just completed my first visit at this office. I was concerned after reading several bad reviews, however my experience was great. The staff was pleasant when I set up the appointment as well as during my visit. Jay was very thorough and friendly. She explained everything in detail and presented several options. I will be going back and will update this review if needed.

The staff is horrible after waiting hours to be seen she came in and argued with me while in pain & gave me a referral to see another dentist when I was already scheduled to have work done at this off HIGHLY not recommend !!!!

The Dr and his assistants were all very helpful. I got a filling and I feel much better and am satisfied with the work. He also referred me to another destiny for some work I need that they don't do at his office!!
