The Staff was real friendly. It was my first visit there and the poor dental assistant continually was forcing me to have expensive x-rays not paid by my insurance and telling me if I got these I would need deep cleaning which insurance would only pay for 2 times. I had to keep saying I only want what insurance will cover. At one point I was told if I don't do what they want I can go somewhere else. I said does it not matter what I want. Not one time did the dentist come talk to me about my needs. I got up and left.

Dr Stewart is always amazing. She has eased my dental anxiety to the point I look forward to going in and visiting with her. Diana you are your staff are truly amazing!!!!

A very clean, and welcoming environment. The staff are all very nice and meet all your concerns in a way that makes you feel comfortable.

Dr. Stewart did temporary crowns today and I have to say it was the least stressful and most pain free dental experience I've had in 68 years. If it wasn't a visit to the dentist I would even say it was pleasant. Well, it was as pleasant as a trip to the dentist could ever be.

The whole team did a great job in taking care of my teen age kid. He was nervous about getting a cleaning and checkup, but they took care of him in great style! No cavities :) I would recommend the fun professional crew at Yerger Dental. Thank you.

Love this place! They do so well with all of my children.. my only complaint is after Covid they don't have toys or colors for the other kids to do while they wait for their siblings to get their teeth worked on. I'd like to see something more in the waiting room. Or maybe a playground outside would be cool . This place still deserves 5 stars because their care team is phenomenal .

The staff and service are absolutely amazing. We go for regular cleanings and my kids feel so comfortable here. We had an emergency with one of my kids and all of the staff was fantastic and extremely accommodating.

If all you need is a cleaning they are fine but won't talk to you if you really need a root canal or tooth pulled. Just got the run around.

I have had very bad experiences at this dentist office since we started going there 2 years ago. The dentist is very rude to patients and his staff. He yelled at and belittled a hygienist that was assisting him while he was doing work on me. I felt very sorry for her. Then every time he numbs my lower jaw he seems to think it's funny when my tongue spasms because he is hitting a nerve. Today was the worst with this place. The lady cleaning my teeth was visibly in a bad mood and probably only said ten words to me in the two hours I was there. She hit a nerve on my upper right jaw that made it feel like she was stabbing me directly in my right eyeball. I voiced my concern and she laughed and said well that's what happens when you hit a nerve. Hitting nerves is all they seem to know how to do correctly. I have never in my four decades on this earth been treated so poorly and purposely hurt by a dentist. My sons has complained that his teeth didn't hurt at all before seeing this dentist but they hurt for a week after every time he goes. Oh and let me be clear here, we were only getting teeth cleanings done and not any major procedures. This place is very unprofessionally ran. I would not recommend that anyone goes to these people unless you want to be belittled and harmed intentionally.
