Stephen Yenne DMD graduated from Oregon State University and completed his dental degree at Oregon Health Science University (1982). In 1985 he received his Orthodontic Degree at University of Pennsylvania and as a second generation Orthodontist, returned to Salem to join his father Dr. Bernard Yenne in practice. Dr. Yenne is a past president of the Marion-Polk-Yamhill Dental Society and Oregon State Society of Orthodontists. With 3 beautiful daughters, Dr. Yennes special interests include skiing, music, and competitive cycling.
Jay Schofield DMD MS graduated from the University of Oregon and completed his dental degree at Oregon Health Science University (1981). After practicing general dentistry in Salem for 11 years Dr. Schofield returned to the University of the Pacific in San Francisco for Orthodontic training. He is a past president of Marion-Polk-Yamhill Dental Society and past president of Oregon State Society of Orthodontists. Dr. Schofield has been an active supporter of the Salem Boys & Girls Club and a founding member of their onsite dental clinic. Married with two children, his special interests include skiing, underwater photography and water sports of all types.
Our staff is highly trained with over 100 years of combined orthodontic experience. All assistants are EFDA expanded function Orthodontics certified, with 5-30 years experience. Our 2 Treatment Coordinators average 25 year in orthodontics and our Office Manager has 18 years of dental office management experience.
We are very proud of our thoroughly trained and experienced staff. Each staff member is an expert in her field and will make your orthodontic experience special in every way. We realize that in addition to outstanding results, you expect a team that truly cares about the quality of your experience during the process.

The staff is always kind and friendly. My son was dreading getting braces and had a lot of nerves for the first couple of visits--he is getting more confident in his new smile now and likes to talk to the ladies who work with him on every visit!

I am SO happy with my new Invisalign braces! I have struggled with excruciating TMJ pain, had multiple jaw surgeries and misaligned teeth for years. Dr. Scofield has given me the hope that I can not only be in less pain but have a more comfortably aligned jaw and teeth plus feel more confident in my appearance. I am a "senior citizen " and felt I was too old for braces! Ha! They have made me feel like a happy kid again! Thank you Dr. Scofield and your wonderful, caring and patient crew. You're the best!!!

Amazing team both Dr Yenne and Dr Scholdfield. My adult daughter went there for her braces and at 50, I'm there now too. If the South Salem location doesn't work for you, they have other locations in Salem and Keizer.

Always a great experience here. Both my boys had appointments. They did not get the new they wanted to hear, but they were great about explaining the process and why it has to be that way and giving timelines and we walked about knowing the plan and the cost in advance. I am always very pleased with the care my boys receive here. Highly recommend!

What can't I say about Yenne & Schofield!! There customer service is impeccable. . Everyone is so friendly and amazing.
