If I could write 10 stars I would. The assistant Yolanda is the best. They are really patient and great at their job. The recovery was fast!!!

Today, I had a tooth extraction and my experience was very great. All staff from registration desk (Kay and Chrystal), and Diane were very kind and supportive. Thank you very much Dr. Verlinden you're such a wonderful and caring doctor. I was too scared but I was very fortunate because you have magic hands. No pain at all.

Great service. Both my teenagers had their wisdom teeth extracted by Dr. Yen. And both teenagers had a very positive experience and this is with only local anesthesia. The doctor and staff are professional , friendly and very efficient. I definitely recommend.

I had my wisdom teeth removed it was a great experience, Dr.Yen was my oral surgeon he was kind and professional. He explained things very well the staff was friendly.I would also like to say that Yolanda was a great assistant.

Not a very ethical business. I had a reference to Yen Oral Surgery from Willow Glen Dental (which is an exceptional place) . Willow Glen had taken a panoromic X-ray taken in Nov 2021 , and they said they can pass the X-ray to the Yen , if they need it. (Insurance covers panoromic xray only once a year) . But when I wne to Yen Oral Surgery in May 2022 , they said they don't have the right x-ray and forced me to do the X-ray again . And the insurance has rejected the claim for x-ray making me responsible for the payment. And when I was the doctor to consult, the doctor sounded like a businessman trying to upsell me - he basically was trying to scare me into removing three of my wisdom teeth, although only one of them had issues for me.

Zero stars if i could. Horrible customer service right in the door. Some snot nose miss priss teen agerish young woman at the door no smile no welcome no nothing blurts out can i help you and i said i have a 230 appt she goes in her snotty attitude do u have ur id ? So i showed her my drivers license and i asked are you going to copy it she said yes i am and i said i dont want you to and all she said is im gonna have you talk to my manager and sat down turned to her computer screen and totally ignored me and her manager was just a tad bit nicer and she backed up miss snotnose until she realized that i am in the right because all i was saying was if they had told me over the phone they were going to copy my drivers license id have said no thank you and moved on to another dentist on the list. So because of their stupidity i have to waste another day from work to look for another dental surgeon, because if this dentist is too stupid to choose good pofessionals for his front office who know customer service and know patients rights, then i dont want him working on my teeth.

It was an okay experience, not exactly what I was hoping for. The staff was very nice and friendly. I was a cash pay customer. The Dr. was always rushed when he came in to talk with me. I was put under to have a tooth pulled and after the procedure I was let go before I was awake enough to walk. I had to be carried from my car to my house because I was still asleep.The Dr. Didn't ask what type of pain medicine works best for me before the procedure and called in a medication I can't tolerate so when the numbing wore off, I had to take it and vomited for hours that evening until the next day. Not something you want to do after having a tooth pulled. I wasn't going to write this review but after looking back and paying cash for my procedure and looking at all the positive reviews, I was expecting a better experience. Sorry to leave a bad review.

Great experience, everyone explained the process, finance, and what recovery looked like. All involved were respectful of my needs and were careful not to cause unnecessary pain. Would highly recommend to anyone.

I received my 7th implant with Dr Yen. I got some placed at this location and some at the other office in Milpitas over the course of a few years. They have been helpful each time and very comforting. I had changed dentists a few times over the course of receiving the implants and Dr Yen worked with each general dentist's preference and request. They used a 3D x-ray machine to accurately evaluate the area for the implants and they also was able to scan the implant so that my general dentist can accurately make a crown. Each time he was very calming as I have not had the best experience with dentists in the past. I highly recommend Dr Yen because he walked me through each implant process and explained why some areas needed bone grafts or not. I also needed a sinus lift and he explained the process as I was very nervous. He personally called me after each implant placement to check up on me. I though that was really caring as I have never received that kind of care from any previous dentist.

Dr. Yen was kind and professional. I am a nervous patient that puts off going to the dentist for years at a time. Melanie was amazing and helped calm my nerves before surgery. She took the time to explain my procedure and make sure all of my questions were answered! If she wasn't there I swear I would have gotten up and left! Thank you for the high quality professionalism and genuine care you provided!

I had my wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Yen under general anesthesia, overall it was a great experience. The procedure was over faster than I could think of and as for any questions or concerns I had, they quickly provided an answer/info. Great team!

Dr. Yen and his staff are great they took excellent care of my daughter and I. They are very courteous and patient with all our concerns, a modern and well kept office. Their ability to laugh and conversate really helped with my daughter's nervousness

My daughter had all her wisdom teeth taken out by Dr. Yen in a single visit. The experience was simply pleasant!! Starting from filling out forms, to consulting with Dr. Yen and teeth extraction by him and his experienced team - everything was perfect and on time! Their courteous staff (including Yolanda and Cristina) took care of all the necessary paperwork, treatment plans and followed up with us after the surgery. Extremely happy with their professionalism and can refer them any day!

Great experience for a nerve racking visit! Got all four wisdom teeth pulled at once in under an hour. My worries were countered with plenty of informational knowledge and easy going attitude of Dr. Yen and his entire staff! If I ever need more teeth pulled for unfortunate reasons I'll definitely be coming back.

I had a great experience! Made a same day appointment on Yen oral surgery and got in right away. The front desk staff and the medical assistant were very nice and helpful. Dr. Kevin Yen was great, caring , friendly and provided extraction without pain & complications. I will definitely be back and would recommend . They will go beyond your expectations .I'm so glad i went on Yen oral Surgery to do my teeth removal. Thank you Dr Kevin yen for your outstanding service:)
