Not a great place they don't pay attention to detail. They might do more harm than good to your teeth I would say definitely check out your options. You couldn't pay me to go back here.

Receptionist Marge is not friendly. The office is now extremely understaffed and has cancelled my appointment twice in a row due to staff unavailability. Haven't been able to get a cleaning here for a year and a half, so will be switching to a new provider.

We highly recommend Dr. Rakow! He is a great dentist, gentle and explains thoroughly what needs to done. My husband has some dementia challenges and the whole staff has been so patient and kind. His wife is very friendly, I appreciate all the times she has helped me understand things such as options regarding a tooth implant.

If I could give less than a 1 star rating I would. The staff is truly horrible, dishonest, and they treat their patience with disrespect. I would NOT recommend going to this dentist and finding another one at all cost. More people should be posting reviews on the manipulative services that is provided on regular at this office. I will be finding a new dentist from now on. Highly recommend finding a reputable dentist outside of Yelm.

Dr. Rakow is a great dentist. Have had a lot of work done at Yelm Family Dentistry. My family has been going here for years with no complaints. Ms. Marge at the front desk is great too, as she always ensures that I'm aware of my upcoming appointments and is always nice to talk to. The hygienists are top notch and are great with kids. Highly recommended.

Husband needed two root canals. we have no insurance. our friends recommended us to try them. The outcome was great and would recommend this dentistry.

Dr Rakow is a very gentle dentist and his staff is wonderful. I won't go anywhere else.

I am so grateful for being able to be seen right away while in pain. Dr Rakow is very gentle and calm. The Staff is super nice as well.

Had a very disappointing experience and would not recommend to anyone. Was treated cold and unfriendly at the front desk. One of my kids had there fist cavity and it was such a bad experience that I didn't want to go back. So I went up to my old dentist in Seattle and I had them re-clean all of our teeth because I felt that when Yelm Family Dentist cleaned them it was super fast and not thorough. I found out they missed a cavity on my daughter that needed to be filled. It was such a horrible experience and my kids even felt a bad vibe! Will never go back!
