They are really nice people and they get you in and out quick! They make sure you are comfortable and that you know what's going on. Dr. Campbell took out all 4 of my wisdom teeth and did AMAZING! I highly recommend!!!

You'll find more genuine reviews on Yelp for this place... NOOO WAYYY they deserve close to 5 . After my procedure(on a Fri..they r closed weekends) they said they would call in an RX.. well it never was, & now it's the weekend and can't remedy sitch til Monday (by then prob wont need the rx). ALSO! my post op instructions sheet says to take (4) 1,000mg Tylenol every 6 hours...THAT COULD LITERALLY KILL SOMEBODY!!!!!! and then all this doesn't even take into account alllllll the insane b.s. paperwork they make you fill out literally 3x over.

My actual surgery was fine. I was miss quoted on what my insurance would cover. The office said they checked with my insurance and I would be covered. I then got a bill for around $900. Turns out they "looked online" to see if the procedure was covered. When I spoke with Delta and looked online I found out that this was not true and they have never covered the procedure. Just a heads up, do your own due diligence with your insurance. I would have done the procedure anyway, but prefer not to be misinformed and know that many couldn't afford a bill like that popping up. The actual uncovered amount was also a unscary procedure that is recommended but not required. So if insurance covers it many will opt in but may not once they find out that it is not covered. Be very careful if you choose this practice for your oral surgery, judging from the response I got they do not care about this incident and will not take steps to help this from not continuing to b happen to patients moving forward.

The whole staff and Dr. Sorenson were amazing. I went in to my appointment full of anxiety and they did a great job making me feel calm and safe. I opted to be out to sleep for my wisdom teeth extraction. Lisa was absolutely incredible and until it was time for anesthesia she made conversation with me to comfort me and keep me calm. Dr. Sorenson was also very kind and had a calming presence during everything which is very important for someone about to have surgery. I also got a follow up call which was really nice.

Cold & Calculating Money hungry Dr. Sorenson ! Make sure he doesn't double the price 3/4 in on a expensive procedure ! Then hide in the back and blame the staff.

I had never had a tooth pulled. Dr. Sorensen and nitrous made it easy and pain free. I highly recommend his services as a physician!

Very happy with the service!! Dr. Benson and his staff were amazing. I was very worried about getting my wisdom teeth removed and I can't express enough how satisfied I am with the results. I defiantly would refer anyone to them.

I had lower jaw advancement surgery and a sliding genioplasty by Dr. Sorensen. The outcome was not what I had anticipated nor what I had hoped for. After the surgery, when the outcome was bad, I felt that Dr. Sorensen was dismissive. This being said, I do feel that he did the procedure safely.

Dr. Sorensen and his staff are great! They got me right in an did an amazing job! I opted to be put to sleep for my tooth extraction, and was out and awake again before I knew it. The staff is all very friendly! I am not even sore the next day and had a very large molar removed. I am very happy with my visit.

I had 3 wisdom teeth removed all impacted by Dr Sorenson and it has only been a week and I feel back to normal, compared to the experience I have had with other dentists I feel Dr. Sorenson did a great job and followed up with me and always allowed me to ask any questions if I needed to. Great work!

I have always had a wonderful experience with Dr. Rethman this was his office prior to his retirement. I went here opting for 2 implants and payed upfront for the guide for my implants! I went home and was uneasy about proceeding due to having an upper sinus lift that made me very uneasy! So I waited a about a week and called them and asked Donna if the guide had been made? She said NO and so then I asked them to put a stop to the procedure and that I wanted to postpone until I spoke with my general dentist. Donna advises me that this would not be a problem and that she would notate the account and put everything on hold. I paid $500.00 upfront! So I waited for a while then received a call back from the secretary who has been very kind, and she asked if I wanted to schedule another counsel to speak about the implants? I said no and she asked ok would you like a refund then? I said YES! The secretary said she will speak with DR. Sorenson. They never called me back finally 2 months later I called them back and they tell me that DR. SORENSON said he will not refund me, and that they already printed the guide. Which while I was in the office they advised me it takes time to print the guide and when I called the first time Donna told me it was not printed. Unfortunately this office is not making things right with the customers and have decided to keep my $500. without even calling me back or any explaination. THIS IS A VERY UNETHICAL practice, and I am very disappointed with this office. That's a lot of money and I did do my part by contacting them right away, not expecting a refund from the beginning, but was advised that I would get one because the guide was not printed yet. Be CAUTIOUS WHEN PAYING THEM upfront. And don't change your mind they won't refund!!!

Professional, efficient, and highly skilled. Wisdom teeth removal made easy. Dr. Abt is honest and genuinely concerned for his patients and doesn't recommend unnecessary work just to make a buck.
