Years ago I had terrible post partum depression and a new baby with two other small children. Over the course of many years me or my husband had missed just two appointments total with 5 children (One with Autism and another with ADHD and sensory issues). I realize time is money but PPD is really difficult. PPD with special needs child is a special hell. They refused to take us as patients anymore even though we offered to pay out of pocket for the missed appointments and to pay up front ahead of time with a debit or credit card for any other appointments. They will make no exceptions. I am so sad that they punished my kids because I wasn't feeling well and therefore mixed up my days. Post partum depression is horrible and this didn't help. Now years later it still makes me so sad to think about. If another Mom is out there and going through this, I am so sorry. You will come back again. It's only temporary. You're still a good person.

I took my son to Dr. Aaron on Friday. He was very friendly and equally compassionate! My son had suffered a traumatic break to one of his front teeth. The tooth was fixed and it looks perfect! I was very impressed with how professional he was while maintaining a genuine sense of warmth and kindness that translated to his excellent work. My son is happy to have his "smile back" and I am happy that what could have been an otherwise negative experience, turned out to be so positive. We highly recommend Dr. Aaron!!

I love this place. My son had to have teeth pulled and he had no idea they'd used a needle or pulled teeth. He felt nothing! They're amazing!

as a parent of a child that has been through a horrifying blood draw at 18months over a false-positive lead skin test and is now terrified of any medical care appt.mand will continue to ask me if shots are involved every appt. this dental practice is fantastic!!!! i mean my son will walk BY HIMSELF . I UNDERSTAND AS A PARENT OUR FIRST INSTINCT IS TO PROTECT AND BE RIGHT BY OUR CHILDS SIDE HOWEVER IN SOME CASES IT IS MORE IMPORTANT TO THINK OF HOW WE ARE CONTRIBUTI G TO OUR CHILDS FEARS AND KN8W WHEN WE NEED TO STEP BACK AND ALLOW A PROFESIONAL WITH MANY MANY YEARSMOF PARENTING AND EXPERIENCE S WITH CHILDREN IN THE DENTAL CHAIR (AS WE DO NOT UNLESS WE ARE A PEDIATRIC DENTIST) TO ACTUALLY GET THE WORK DONE AND TRUSTING THAT OUR CHILD WILL BE FINE. BERKSHIRE PEDIATRIC DENTAL IS JUST AN ASSEMBLY LINE OF CHARGING AND WASTING TIME FOR YOUR CHILD AND THE DENTAL CARE THEY NEED GUT YARMOSKY IS A++++

You don't hold down a kid having a panic attack and refuse the parents access to their kid on the first ever visit. Telling patients lies? Let's keep going, nah medical board will hear from me tomorrow.

I am very happy with the service here. First, because as pediatric dentists they do dentistry and orthodontia. Second, they are reassuring and gentle with my kids, who are not especially stoic about discomfort. (We have the blond guy, FWIW.) Third, when my son got a cavity filled at age 5, his story afterwords was that they waved a magic wand and it was done. (I don't know how they made that his reality; no, they didn't drug him other than novocaine.) Fourth, we had no problem reaching him after hours, and then getting an emergency appointment, for a broken tooth. -- DWPittelli
