My daughters look forward to going to the dentist. Dr. Lauren and the rest of the staff are incredibly kind, patient, and just wonderful to work with. My children used to be nervous about going to the dentist before we switched and now they enjoy their visits.

Dr. Yarmosky was completely unwilling to be helpful with simple insurance verification process and instructed his staff (who were helpful within the boundaries they could operate within) to treat us not as patients with rights, or humans, but instead only as numbers attached to payments. Instead of accepting verbal confirmation or taking the time to request fax verification themselves in a timely fashion they held us at bay with request for information that We spent two entire work days working to confirm insurance information and changing appointment dates with the dental staff. In the end the written confirmation of communications affirming our good standing with insurance along with confirmation on phone calls with insurance was not enough to be trusted to proceed with the simple operation as patients in good standing with insurance. We were finally accepted to be seen seen for our infant after a monumental amount of hoop jumping that was unwarranted and unneeded and should have been done by the staff at the office in the first place. Upon finally managing to be seen the care was quick, professional and empathetic. However being treated poorly in the administrative lead up to our care makes it unlikely we will return.

All the people at the office are nice. They run on time. The place is very clean and organized. They take time to explain answers to any questions we have. It's a great dental office.

Both of our girls went to Yarmosky Pediatric Dentistry and both came out beautiful. The staff is great with everything from appointments to billing. I especially liked the way they treated our daughters . They spoke to them as people, not just numbered patients . Both of our girls were very comfortable with the staff and doctors . I would recommend them to anyone .

Best solution for my special needs son. Staff is trained and used to dealing with issues of special needs and it makes keeping his teeth healthy doable. 20 years and not a cavity yet...2 check-ups a year ....Dr. Steve is always ready to do what ti takes to clean my sons teeth and let me know how to do it better at home.

Any parent with a toddler can understand the apprehension about bringing them to the dentist, especially for the first time. I can say without any exaggeration, this office goes above and beyond to give you and your child THE best and most comfortable experience. I am so thankful I chose them for my children (4 and 1) :)

Both of my kids have been coming here since they got teeth and they have beautiful smiles with a little help from the braces and Dr. Steve. Wonderful dental practice!

"Steve Yarmosky is thee most empathetic, talented and understanding pediatric dentists in the world. Our son is challenged with severe autism and Dr. Yarmosky has been able to address his dental needs with respect and love for over 15 years. If your child needs dental care in the Berkshires, Steve is the only dentist you should consider!"
