Dr. Yarbrough and his staff are some of the best medical professionals I've ever dealt with. He's a doctor but treats his patients like family.

Love the doctor but no one EVER answers the phone. It's like pulling teeth to reschedule an appointment. You have to wait for a callback and that could take days if u get a callback at all. Again Excellent doctor and nurses. Just need to improve their answering service. It's so frustrating. So tip to othets, don't have to reschedule if you can help it.

This place is very unprofessional. I would not recommend. They are always over booked. Keep up with your payments because they'll try to over charge you and not professional about picking up their mail . There was a discrepancy in how much we paid and the insurance paid. We had to call the insurance company for verification of payments. They never sign her in when she walks in. They just tell her to have a seat. They'll only let you check-in when they say. One time, they had them wait outside (covid)and didn't have her sign. They forgot she was waiting and started locking up the office for the day. They never tighten her braces good. She has had her braces for over a year and her teeth are still in the same place 3 months after she got them put on. Her teeth looked better before. This place comes highly recommended because the prices are reasonable, but I would warn you of all the issues first. Her experience here has not been a positive one and I'm sad about that. Do better people.

Absolutely horrible establishment! Doctor dismisses your concerns and doesn't answer any of your questions! Front desk never answers the phone and you are forced to show up in person to receive any form of communication with employees! Avoid this orthodontist at all costs! The epitome of unprofessional and unorganized.

Office staff extremely unprofessional! they never successfully filed my insurance claims but in turn refused to take my daughters braces off unless I paid the balance (due to them not filing the insurance). But, wanted me to pay what the insurance would have!? It is obvious they have little to no experience with filling insurance due several errors, I even offered to help, which they refused, it is clear they want your money in hand and that is it. They are not educationally trained to handle filing insurance claims or professionally speaking with customers. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE!!

The customer service is horrible! My daughter was a new patient, and her appointment to get her braces on was canceled due to Covid. We were told we would receive a call back for rescheduling. Months passed and I finally called about her appointment. I was told they had been open for weeks and that no one had received a call back. The receptionist then tried to set up an appointment not even asking for information about the patient to know what kind she needed. When an appointment date was finally brought up, it was TWO MONTHS OUT! Totally unprofessional and unacceptable! I'm taking my business elsewhere.

We chose this office because we wanted to support an African American business. Wrong choice. The Orthodontist is great. But the business side? Not so much. They NEVER filed with our insurance. We paid our part when they put the braces on. ...

We chose this office because we wanted to support an African American business. Wrong choice. The Orthodontist is great. But the business side? Not so much. They NEVER filed with our insurance. We paid our part when they put the braces on. But since they never filed they want us to pay until the insurance pays. The insurance company says that there is a 1 Year time period that the claim can be filed. They are well past that time period. That's not my fault. The business office messed up , not me. How dare you ask that I pay for your mistake!

Though the orthodontic treatment was good, the business office was unorganized and failed to file my insurance by the deadline required by the insurance company. My multiple inquiries with Dr. Yarbrough's billing office were never returned ...
