We accept most traditional insurance plans, contact our office to verify acceptance of your plan. Yamaguchi Family Dentistry does not participate in Health Management Organizations; however, we will be happy to file your insurance claims for you. We accept checks, cash, or credit cards. We also offer a flexible payment plan. Please see our Financial Coordinator for details. We are happy to file insurance for your reimbursement as long as you are free to choose your own dentist.

Dr. Garret was born and raised in Olympia, Washington. He earned his undergraduate degree in Science and Management fromClaremont McKennaand later received his Doctor of Dental Surgery from theUniversity of Washington.
Dr. Garret is a member of the American Dental Association and the Washington State Dental Association. While attending UW, he served as the student body president. He has continued his involvement by serving on the Board of Trustees for the UW Alumni Association.
Away from work, Dr. Garret enjoys an active lifestyle with his wife, Dr. Stefanie, and their daughter, Elle. He plays the violin and enjoys participating in many sports including running, golf, basketball, snowboarding, and weightlifting.

The Yamaguchi Family Dentist clinic has been my family's dental clinic for years. Dr. Gordon recently retired but Dr. Garret carries on the family expertise and tradition for excellence. This is a great clinic in a lovely new building, with up to date dental equipment, and a fish video on the ceiling for something to look at while laying in the chair. I especially appreciated the dental clinic assistants' explanation of everything they were doing when working on my teeth and their upbeat, cheerful attitude and concern for my well-being. Thanks to all at Yamaguchi Family Dentistry!

If you're looking for a new dentist or a second opinion, this practice is great. Akiesha is a great dental hygienist and Dr. Yamaguchi is wonderful! The practice is modern with great imaging technology. The staff has been great from top to bottom!

Yamaguchi Family Dentistry is amazing. The staff is friendly. They work hard to give you the best care and have awesome heated pillows for your neck. They explain your dental benefits and all out of pocket costs. It truly is one of the best dentist offices I have been to, not only in Olympia, but all across the country. I would give more than 5 stars if I could.
