Why does no one pick up the phone? What a waste!

So they never answer the phone and I mean never I finally managed to get an appointment and as I'm waiting in the waiting room I decided to call them just to see if they would pick up the phone or if it would even ring and it went straight to voicemail so no one picks up the phones and the woman upfront were just laughing jumping around and not doing their jobs at all there wasn't even a ring when i called i wish i could give 0 stars The doctors in the back are fantastic though it's just the receptionist that need to be replaced !

My son has a condition that complicates treatment. After being turned down by several other practices, we were referred here. Not only did they treat my son safely and effectively, they were all very kind. Also Maria, the OR scheduler, is a treasure!

I'm really glad I came here after having a bad experience elsewhere. The consultation was great they understood and we both agreed on the best options for my son. The office staff, to the booking of the surgery and everyone else I came in contact with were excellent. Couple days a go my son had his surgery and was kept updated on everything that was going after I kissed him before he went in to the O.R. His procedure went well no complications. His recovery room nurse was so wonderful, wish I can remember her name but thank you for being so compassionate and caring. Thank you to the entire team that day.

Hi there, I'm currently doing an implant and a crown which costed about $3850 total. I did a bone implant and I pair for it fully which was $850. When I came to do the implant, I was told by the receptionist that I have to pay the full amount which came out to $2000 which is only a small amount from the full price of everything else. Huskie couldn't cover all of that. I called today to speak with the accounting receptionist to ask if I could enroll in a payment plan because I don't have the amount they're asking me to pay in full ad soon as I get to the office before I get treatment. She said if I don't have the money when I come in I should cancel my appointment and call back to reschedule when I have the money in full. It's a tough time right now and my salary won't cover all of these expenses all at once. I'm not saying I want them to give me the treatment for free, but at least offer me a payment plan that I can afford. I was told there's no such thing as a payment plan. I'm going through a lot of pain because there's a lot more work to be done. This is not my first time working with you guys and my whole family gets treated here. All I'm asking for is a payment plan so I can pay all of these bills. I went last week to speak to the manager and he didn't want to meet with me and just told the receptionist to let me know we don't offer payment plan. This show how much they care about their patients and community especially with what we going through at this time. I don't understand how they're helping their community and helping them. This is not ok and I will make sure to let everyone I know that.

One star for the front desk staff. Unprofessional and lazy. Wouldn't take my daughters dental insurance because I didn't know the billing address of the insurance company. Like......what???? Never in 40 years have I ever had to provide that information whether for medical, dental, or vision insurance. You just give your insurance info, member number, name, provider and thats it. Never ever needed a billing address for the insurance company. I've used this dental insurance before at 2 other dentists (mine and the one that referred my daughter to Yale) and both of them were able to successfully bill the insurance without that info. So I asked the lady at the desk here if she could call the dentist that referred us here and ask them how they did it. She said no she won't, but I can call them. Pure laziness. Also had a serious attitude about the whole thing. Wasn't like oh we're so sorry or anything. Basically wanted me to do her job and tell her how to bill the insurance. She told me I would be billed for the entire service today if I dont provide the address. Why will I be billed? We have insurance! So upset, waited a long time for this appointment. Went back to the original dentist and got a referral to a different pediatric dentistry.

although my son's dentist is wonderful. The staff booking the appointments are NOT! It is hard to get a call back to reschedule a surgery. I left three voice messages in the last two days and still have not had a call back. I called again and I was told i was going to be transfer to Maria instead i once again got her voicemail. How can i schedule a necessary dental surgery for my son prior to the medical clearance expiring? You can't unless they call you back. It is very unprofessional of her.

Also he said sorry to hear that you think we are eresponsible but we cant do nothing about this!!...

Dr.s are really good and really nice but it's a long wait and people came in after me and my son and was seen before us not ok and we were there 15mins early. Got there at 1:45pm appointment was at 2pm was called in at 2:45pm
