Dr. Jayreceived his Doctor of Dental Surgery at the University of Minnesota Dental School. He attended the University of Minnesota Mankato where he earned degrees in biology and chemistry.His passion for dentistry motivates him to learn and apply the latest advances in the dental field through continuing education.Dr. Jaysadvanced training includes a rigorous hands-on curriculum through the Hornbrook Group of Cosmetic Dentistry.He has also taken numerous courses to be able to provide you with CEREC one visit crowns, Invisalign braces, laser cleanings and soft tissue procedures, one-visit root canals, and oral sedation dentistry through the DOCS Institute.Dr. Jayis also an active member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, the American Dental Association, the Wisconsin Dental Association, the La Crosse District Dental Society, World Clinical Laser Institute, and DOCS (Dental Organization for Conscious Sedation).
Kris has worked with Dr. Yahnke since his graduation from dental school. She brings 25 years of front desk experience with her. Kris will be your first contact whether coming into our office or calling on the telephone.
Kris and her husband have two grown sons and three grandchildren. When Kris is not at Yankee Dental she enjoys biking, tubing, exercising at the Y, going to craft shows, hunting, and playing cards with family and friends.
Sandy graduated from Minnesota State University Mankato in 1973. Her favorite aspect of dentistry, after 43 years in practice, has always been the establishing of close one-to-one relationships with her patients. Her ability to demonstrate true caring and establish unconditional trust, has for some families spanned three generations. Sandy believes quality preventative dental hygiene services should always be delivered with comfort and compassion.
Sandy has held the office of Trustee and President of the local branch of the Wisconsin Dental Hygienists Association. Lifelong learning, so important in healthcare, motivates Sandy to attend university courses, local seminars, state and national conventions. She then utilizes new techniques and products to provide the highest quality of preventive dental care to help people keep their teeth for their lifetime.
In 2006, Governor Jim Doyle appointed Sandy to the Dentistry Examining Board, the state regulatory board for dentists and hygienists. She served two 4 year terms, and one year as Secretary of the Board.
In retirement, Sandy will spend time traveling with her husband Kim, enjoying their family, which includes their son, daughter, son-in-law and three grandchildren. Hobbies include quoting, stain glass art, scrap-booking and biking.
Lindsey has been with Yahnke Dental since July of 2014. She began working in the dental field in 2006 as a dental assistant, then continued her education in dental hygiene at Western Technical College in La Crosse, WI. She also has a Bachelors Degree in Communication Studies with a minor in Psychology from UW-La Crosse. She takes great pride in patient care, and enjoys the relationships formed with patients cared for in the office.
Lindsey lives in La Crosse, with her husband, Cole, along with their twin sons Gabe and Quinn; son Chase, and daughter Savannah. In her spare time, she loves to spend time boating on the river, playing and watching sports, and spending time with family.
Carrie graduated from the Dental Hygiene program in 2005 at Western Technical College in La Crosse, WI. Prior to Hygiene, she worked as a Dental Assistant. Carrie enjoys forming a trusting relationship with her patients to ensure their needs are met. Being apart of a close dental team is very important for her, the office, and patient care.
Born and raised in Fountain City, WI, Nichole brings 11 years of dental assisting experience to Yahnke Dental. She believes that going to work everyday holds something new, and is another opportunity to ensure our patients feel comfortable and leave informed and happy.
Nicole grew up in Alma Center, WI, where she graduated High School. She graduated from the Dental Assisting program at Western Technical College in La Crosse in 2011 and started her Dental Assisting career after graduation.
Nicole strives to make sure her patients are well informed and comfortable during their dental visit. She is now living in La Crosse with her husband and two children. Outside of the office, Nicole enjoys doing crossfit, playing outdoors with her dogs, and boating.
Bradiann is a La Crosse native with an extensive family history in the dental field. She is a graduate of UW Whitewater in Social Work and MATC in Dental Assisting. She and husband Jake Burch are adoring parents to four children; Wylder, Westyn, Wyatt, and Wynter.
Her hobbies include; being a busy mother within an active family, CrossFit, cooking, and socializing with family and friends. Bradiann enjoys being part of an exceptional team of caring professionals and getting to know the community of families for whom they provide dental care.
