Dr. Freeman received her Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Tufts University. She continued on to dental school at Stony Brook University School of Dental Medicine where she earned her Doctorate of Dental Surgery. After graduating from dental school, she completed her General Practice Residency at Mount Sinai Hospital.
Dr. Freeman is constantly updating her knowledge and training through professional education programs, staying current with cutting-edge technologies and new products to benefit her patients oral health and well-being. It is her goal to offer her patients the highest quality treatment, and to help educate them to make the best decisions possible regarding their dental care. Dr. Freeman stays active in the greater dental community through memberships in numerous professional organizations, including the New York Dental Society, the New York State Dental Association, and the American Dental Association.
Dr. Freeman is committed to serving the community and is active in Donated Dental Services, which serves underprivileged and underserved communities. She has volunteered her time for the past four years and enjoys providing her expertise to those in need.

Dr Freeman was recommended by a friend and patient. I am glad I asked him. Yael has been terrific. She is patient, explains everything, great patient empathy, is thorough and is focused on doing quality work. My visits have included cleaning, Invisalign, and crown replacement (my previous dentist was a hack). I highly recommend Dr Freeman.

Yael has been my dentist for over 15 years and I couldn't be a more satisfied patient. She is super attentive and proactively involved in all my preventative dental care as well as dental repairs. I've been extremely impressed with her attention to detail for both. When I required a recent crown... she had me go directly to the studio making the crown for the artist to photograph my surrounding teeth to get the best unique color match to my teeth. I highly recommend her. In addition to her excellent dental skills, she is a delightful person and located in a modern attractive office.

This dentist Yael totally took advantage of my dad's situation. He came to her for help to glue his implants, she charged him $250 for 5 mins work and it didn't even last for 24 hours. When he came back she said there's nothing she can do, she didn't offer to give him back his money, didn't offer a solution and made him feel used, confused and lost. If your service or the treatment don't last that's ok but you charged a lot to glue something that didn't even last 24 hours. She was nice at the first but bottom line is she didn't provide the right service, way over charged and most importantly didn't solve the problem. Not recommended at all.

How many people can say they love their dentist? I can, because my dentist is Yael Freeman! Not only is she a top-notch dentist, but she is an absolute delight - I actually look forward to my visits. It's hard to describe all the reasons why her dentistry is so expert, but for one, Dr. Freeman never does any unnecessary work yet is always on top of the care that your teeth need - the perfect balance. And she has an eye out for cosmetic needs too - urging me to bleach my teeth when they really had gotten rather unsightly. I've got a complicated mouth and she's addressed all my dentistry needs beautifully. And her pricing is more than fair. I have sent many friends to Dr. Freeman, and they all come back with the same reaction - I love Dr. Freeman!

The only dentist I have ever looked forward to going to. Beautiful, clean office and absolutely wonderful dentist. Her cleanings are never painful and leave you feeling like a new person. Great staff. Dr. Freeman is sweet and hilarious, and makes an effort to make every appointment fun. Highly recommend.
