I would highly recommend "Y&E Elite Dental Care" to anyone looking for excellent dental care. I + all my family have been coming to Elite Dental Care for years and have had no negative experiences. The staff are always welcoming and professional. Honestly Dr. Elona is the best dentist ever.

If I could give this place a zero I would. The doctor is advertising that he accepts my insurance but then tells me to not come anymore as it pays him very little and that he doesn't want to waist his time cleaning my teeth. He had no other patients at that time. He suggested for me to go to another dentist for cleaning and not waisting his time anymore. And that he no longer wants to see me in his office. He said he will tell his receptionist not accept my phone calls for appointment. If he no longer wants to see patients with that insurance he should not advertise it. Regardless of what my insurance pays I was willing to pay him the difference. Living in USA for 30 years it was a first time I was treated like that by doctor. I understand that doctor need to run his office he has expenses but there is a different ways to talk to patient but not to put down their feelings.

Best dental office I've ever been to!! Was scared to go to the dentist since I was a child but that fear went away since I got treatment from dr Fatakhova. She is extremely patient, gentle and kind. There is always a follow up call by her staff to check after every hard procedure I have. My teeth have never been healthier and that's all because of her. The welcoming and amazing staff this office has makes me go back for years.

Good luck getting an appointment at this place. It's like the dr only work once a week! Girl who answers phone is so rude and not helpful!! Won't be going there anymore

Probably the best dental practice I've ever been too. The staff and dentists are all extremely friendly and helpful, and the wait times are never long. They walk you through in detail all the billing and charges and it just makes everything so much easier and less stressful. I highly recommend them for anyone.

I recomend my dentist Dr. Rozaliya Fatakhova to EVERYONE who admires my smile. Dr. Rozaliya is patient and professional and takes the time to explain any procedure she performs in layman's terms to insure I understand. She's always thorough and pleasant which is an excellent combination when the sounds of the dentist makes you edgy.

Don't believe the 5 star reviews, they were all written by the dentist's relatives, and friends. Crazy overpriced, was charged $400 for a cleaning and 1 x-ray of a tooth when every other dentist charges 60% less. The older Russian lady in the front is like a hound dog with saliva coming out of her mouth, treating patients like they are deadbeats,I told her I was coming right back so I could get more money from the bank. I'm never going back to this place, don't reccomend it. If you decide to pay with a card, beware of the additional 4% fee they want to charge, all because they dont want to pay taxes like every one else and hide the cash transactions from the IRS. The teeth cleaning was average, and the x-ray turned out to be nothing. There are so many other dental offices on QB, save yourself the headache, unpleasantness. It's just sad they have someone with no manners be the front face of this establishment.
