Dr. Ramiro MoralesDDS (Doctor of Dental Surgery)Board Certified OrthodontistDr. Morales graduated from dental school obtaining his DDS degree at the University of Chihuahua, Mexico. He completed his postgraduate training in Pediatric Dentistry at the University of Nuevo Leon, Mexico.Dr. Morales began practicing pediatric dentistry at his private practice. He was a faculty member of the specialty program of Pediatric Dentistry at the University of Chihuahua. He became aware that many of his patients had their teeth in a wrong position and some of them had different types of jaw discrepancies. To be able to find the best way to help his patients, he decided to attend a specialty program in Dentofacial Orthopedics at the Mexican Association of Dentofacial Orthopedics.

He was thrilled with the results that he obtained with his pediatric and teenage patients applying the combination of early orthodontic treatment and dentofacial orthopedics.Dr. Morales migrated to the United States with his family in 2011 to attend the Certified Program in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics at New York University where he obtained his degree as an Orthodontist. During his last year of training in orthodontics, he participated as Faculty Assistant for the Pre-doctoral Invisalign training at NYU. As a professional award, he received the NYU Invisa-Leader Award in 2014.

Pediatric Dentistry is my love, but orthodontics became my PASSION! I can see my patients SMILE with confidence, and that makes me feel very happy and grateful that I am able to apply my knowledge and ability to create a better world for my patients, whom I consider my extended family.

Dr. Morales is a Board-Certified Orthodontist and diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics. He is a member of the American Association of Orthodontics, American Dental Association, Hispanic Dental Association, Texas Dental Association, and the Greater Houston Dental Society.

During his undergraduate school years, he played basketball for his college, represented his country in the Universiade World Student Games in England and before enrolling in his Pediatric Dentistry program, he played professional basketball in Mexico. When he is not busy creating beautiful smiles, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Paola, and his children, Ramiro Daniel, Andres David, and Ana Paola. He likes to go to the movies, enjoys watching his children performing their sports, which includes college rowing, college soccer, and volleyball. Fishing is an activity that he learned to enjoy very early in his life sharing great moments with his father and now with his oldest son who is passionate about fishing. He loves traveling and walking his dog Abby.
