Professional and patient. Nurse Collins and Dr Heller are awesome. I had my teeth extracted yesterday. They were patient, friendly and made me not feel nervous at all throughout the whole procedure. This morning a staff also called to check on me. I appreciate you guys!

Wyoming Smile Center is a great & caring dental office! I was informed I have bone loss teeth planing which could lead to periodontitis. Teeth planing is necessary. I had reservations about having the procedure done. But Dr. Barnes and her dental assistant Nathan answered my questions. The procedure is done in stages and the first went very well. Thank you!

Amazing staff, so supportive and kind. I'm extremely self conscious about my teeth, which is why I waited so long to visit one. I'm so glad I found a compassionate and fun dental office.

Last appointment I had with them they change my appointment time 1 hour prior to arrival without my permission, because it was more convenient for a mom and daughter to be seen together. I had to wait an additional 45 mins for my appointment. That should have been enough to be done with them but I gave them another chance. Today they cancel my appointment because I didn't confirm it via text. What if I had gotten a new number? I showed up 20 minutes prior to appointment to learn the cancel my appointment and gave it to someone else. I am in healthcare and if we canceled everyone that did not confirm via text, we would have half our patients we see a day upset. Beware of this practice, they have went downhill since Dr Lipps left.

Popularity: Locally known. Size/Location: Small; Inside a residential area. Business Type: Dental Clinic. Business Hour: Monday - Thursday 8am - 5pm. Reservation: Online appointment; Emergency Walk-in. Accessibility: Handicapped Parking Spots; No stairway assistance. Facilities: Restrooms. Staff: Friendly and professional. Pet-friendliness: No pet allowed. Kid-friendliness: Kids are welcomed. Expense: Fair; Some treatments are free with insurance. The service is great. I've been to this clinic several times and left with a smile every time. I do like small and cozy places so it's a plus.

Do not take your children to this practice! I have never left a review anywhere before, but my experience at this practice recently warranted it. I took my 3-year-old for her first ever experience at the dentist last week. While the hygienist was kind, our experience with the dentist was horrible. First of all, she walked into the room and without making eye contact or introducing herself (my entire family is new to the practice) she barked at my child to get out of my lap and into the dental chair. My daughter immediately scooted into the chair and as she was adjusting her head, the dentist grabbed her chin, forced her mouth open and started poking and prodding. The dentist did not explain anything to her, speak gently to her, or treat her with respect, let alone the friendly and kind demeanor I would hope to see being used with a child new to the dentist. At one point, the dentist grabbed a tool and began trying to remove some plaque from my child's tooth (again with no warning or explanation). When my daughter began to whimper slightly, the dentist shouted at her to "cut it out." This escalated to my daughter crying and the dentist telling her to "stop that." When the dentist was finally finished and my daughter climbed back into my arms, the dentist said nothing about her teeth or oral health but told me that my child was "very dramatic" and "sure knows how to play her Mama." By this time, I had already decided that we would not be returning to this practice, so I did not bother to engage any further. They hygienist was friendly once again as she ushered us out the door, but this inexcusable behavior left my daughter with a negative first experience at the dentist. Please be warned, especially if you are considering taking your children here. I do not believe this is a good fit for families.

They were very efficient, and we're honest. The work they are able to do is always just straight forward and nothing less than perfection. I had Dr. B, and her assistant Rachael, for cavities and cleanings, without that little hose shoved down my throat and didn't have any issues after with treatment.

Today was the first time I had work done on my teeth here besides a cleaning. The reason I chose them a few years ago was because they accept my insurance and also because of the many positive reviews they receive. I have to admit I was a bit skeptical about all the 5 star reviews but today I add my own. Everyone I have interacted with at this office has been friendly and professional. I don't know how she does it but Dr Barnes makes dental work fun. . If you're looking for a dental office that makes you feel comfortable and provides excellent care, this is the place. Thanks to all of the staff for being a bright spot for your patients!
