I grew up in a family of engineers, so my entire upbringing was saturated with a passion for science, mechanics, and creativity. Quickly realizing I was an extrovert and better suited for a career working with people, I found the perfect amalgam (pun intended) of my interests in a single profession: dentistry. I like to think of myself as a citizen of the world, having spent my childhood bouncing around from state-to-state and country-to-country. My Air Force familys tendency to move so frequently instilled in me a love of meeting new people and getting to know them more personally. I apply this to my work, and I love hearing from fearful patients that Ive changed their perception of dentists.
I moved to Colorado after graduating from the University of Michigan (Go Blue!) and fell in love with this beautiful state. After graduating from dental school, I stayed in Colorado to complete my residency in hospital dentistry before ultimately deciding to create a permanent home in Denver. I have been happily working as a general and cosmetic dentist in private practice ever since! I love my job because it allows me to get to know individuals and families, and watch them grow. Working at Wynkoop Dentistry allows me to utilize the latest in science and technology to provide state-of-the-art diagnosis and treatment for everyone. When Im not practicing dentistry Im usually in the kitchen, reading a new book, or enjoying Colorados outdoor activities with my husband and our pup, Beilein!
What I love most about working at Wynkoop Dentistry is the unique culture and state of the art technology. The enthusiasm for personal and professional growth, and the sense of team camaraderie allows us to provide quality dental care dialed in for each individual patient. And it makes it easy for me to come to work everyday!
I was born and raised on Long Island, New York. I headed south for better weather where I attended the University of Miami for college. (Go Canes!) New York called me back for dental school, where I attended the University at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine. After finishing dental school with Magna Cum Laude Latin honors, I then completed a General Practice Residency program at Jacobi Medical Center in New York City.
For the past five years I have been practicing in the front range. Despite an eternity in school, I am still eager to stay current on the latest research and procedures in dentistry. I am most excited about expanding my implant and restorative practice with the newest approaches and options for care. I love providing my patients with great care and better music recommendations (Have you heard of John Digweed?)
While I love the Big Apple and the beaches of Miami, Denver is now my home. I love hiking with my dog Steve, camping (if the views are worth it), and (over) indulging in Denvers music and restaurant scene.

When she is not practicing dentistry, Dr. Nika can be found spending time with her family, taking work out classes, cooking, traveling, and exploring all the incredible things this city and state have to offer!

Hi, Im Mackenzie! I was born and raised in a small town in Wyoming. Once I turned 18 I joined the Air Force as a dental assistant. While I was active duty I spent time in Alabama, Illinois, and Germany. Two years after I joined, I transitioned from assisting to hygiene. After seven years of service I decided it was time for a change and I ended my time in the military. I moved to Colorado in 2017, where I shifted to a non-clinical setting. I have been in all parts of dental and use that knowledge to help our patients. Colorado summers are where I shine: you can find me hiking, camping, fishing, and most of all, running!
I joined Wynkoop Dentistry in August 2021. My experience has been great so far! I love working with our incredible team who truly cares for all our patients and makes work super fun. I am a Colorado native and have always enjoyed utilizing our beautiful Rocky Mountains. Rock climbing is my favorite activity, outdoors and indoors. I also enjoy lifting at the gym, (in attempts to be as strong as Hulk Smash one day). I love spending time with my family and my wonderful fianc, Travis and his incredible son, Leo. I love my church home, Red Rocks Church, and just love Jesus so much! I am also a licensed massage therapist who primarily focuses on helping patients with chronic pain or injuries. My goal with massage is to help decrease pain and improve the quality of life for others. Finally, my doggo, Buddy, is the greatest thing thats ever happened to me.
Hi! Im Kiah. I started working at Wynkoop Dentistry fresh out of high school, and have now been working here for almost two years! Im a college student at MSU Denver, and even though I wont be going into dentistry, I love learning anything and everything there is to know here! Im so stoked about all the cool technology we utilize to make our patients experiences easy and high quality, and am passionate about creating a vibe that anyone who walks through our doors will feel comfortable in. Im also an artist, and several of my recent pieces have been suspiciously tooth-themed. Ask me about the murals I painted at each office!
