I paid nearly $1000 for a crown and root canal, the crown fell off after less than one year. The quality of work is terrible. They over charged me and refused to pay the money back, my insurance company had to step in and sanction this business for there behavior. Check your insurance codes so they don't rip you off like every other patient. Medical billing fraud happens at this dental office.

This office has usually been relatively good with my children, solid fast clean work. But be prepared to be overcharged at every turn. Be prepared to call your insurance company and to compare the ADA codes, what you should be charged and what they charge you in the office. We paid $275 for five minutes of work that should've cost us five dollars. The reason why? After 2 1/2 years, we all of a sudden are no longer "in network" & they didn't bother to tell us that we were no longer covered there, continued with the work. Now I have to wait for them to submit the claim to our insurance company who will deny it because we're no longer in network and then appeal it with the above info. They charged me $750 for a crown that I later found out should've only cost me $240. The excuse? They had the old dental plan on file, the claim was denied & timeframe in which you can dispute expired. The office staff changes constantly and the office manager is never on site. They smile at you while they take hundreds and hundreds of your dollars always with some shady explanation as to why & nobody's held accountable. Nobody goes the extra mile, except the dental assistants, who have to hold up the humanity aspect of the entire practice. Dr's Kim are solid people, thorough kind and competent. But The main dentist is as personable as a wet mop & You arent a patient with a pulse just a number with a wallet.

This is a great place to go take care of your teeth. The front desk staff makes you feel right at home immediately when you walk in the door The team was very professional examining and providing with solutions by priority. I had to do periodontal root cleaning and Dr.Kim did a great job, I felt that I was in good hands. All the people here were very gentle and kind to me. They explained very well what was going on. would highly recommend to anyone!!! Thanks to Dr.Kim!

This is a great place to go take care of your teeth. I don't like going to the dentist. That said I like the dentists and the staff. They are professional, do a great job, have been VERY accommodating for my son that has special needs and for me when I had a cap that another dentist had done years ago pop out. I recommend them.

I have been going to this office since I was a child. The office is very clean and the staff is friendly and always willing to answer all you r questions. Dr Kim always give you options explaing the pros and cons of each so that you can decide which approach is the best for you. My entire family comes here and I fully recommend this office.

i had a severe tooth ache and no office could see me i called the office they had given me an appointment within the hour the front office staff made me so comfortable Dr, Kim took me out of pain and was so gental

I came as a referral from a friend and can't be any more pleased. I had extensive treatment done....crowns, root canals, and extractions. The staff was very polite and the doctor explained everything in detail and gave me a few options along with his recommendations. The facility is very clean and state of the art. Very pleased to have found Dr Kim.

i recommend everyone to Wyndhamsmith & Kim. My coworkers are now going to this office. I have had a ton of horrible experiences at the Dentist. Mostly with meeting only with a sales rep and not even talking to the actual Dentist. At Wyndhamsmith & Kim they are no nonesense, they are there to help with your issue and do not push you or give you scary prices. They worked with me to do my services in multiple visits so i could save up the money. The staff is super friendly and very helpful. Seriously, this is a one of a kind place and i hope they never leave!!
