Dr. Mortons mind was actually opened to the possibility of dental work by a relative of his brother-in-law, who helped him to appreciate the many positive attributes of the field as a whole. The job seemed like a good challenge of creating precise, long-lasting smile improvements for patients while also allowing for quality time with family. All these years later, hes never regretted his decision for even as second.
Dr. Mortons college career got started at Southern Methodist University, followed by Eastfield College, where he played basketball. After the completion of his undergraduate degree, he chose to pursue his doctorate at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. Today, he regularly pursues continuing education in a number of dental specialties so as to keep his skills sharp, including dental implants, removable dentures, and endodontics.
Dr. Morton has been married to his wife Tiffany since 1995, who currently splits her time between working at the dental office and a local kennel, as well as volunteering with various dog rescue groups. She dreams of starting a non-profit sanctuary for senior days one day! He also has two children Mackenzie is a student at Texas A&M University who is studying to be a veterinarian, while Maguire is in middle school and loves soccer and basketball. In his free time outside of work, Dr. Morton enjoys going to concerts and sporting/gaming events, rock climbing, golfing, and helping out at dog volunteer events.

Debbie has been working alongside Dr. Morton for well over a decade now, and she loves being able to help people through her position especially those who may not like going to the dentists office in the first place! Its great to see patients shed their fear over time and actually look forward to coming back for future visits.
Originally from Shawnee, KS, Debbie is married to a wonderful man, Bob, and has two children and two grandchildren. In fact, she and Bob will be celebrating their 35th wedding anniversary in 2019! Outside of work, she spends all of the free time she can with her loved ones. Other hobbies include reading and baking. She also has a talent for makeup in the past, she actually worked for a cosmetic line and did makeovers for weddings and proms!
Gloria is a Wylie native, and shes been working in the dental field for over five years so far. She really enjoys getting to know patients and their families really well over time at the dental office. She also finds it really rewarding when she earns the trust of nervous patients and is able to make the dental experience positive for them.
Outside of work, Gloria spends lots of time with her husband Matt and their son Corbin. Her other hobbies include being outdoors, cheering on teams at sporting events, and going to concerts. An interesting fact about her: shes been in a TV commercial before!
Lorena was actually born in Guadalajara, Mexico, but she grew up in Garland. Today, her career in the dental field spans over 15 years! She really enjoys the fun working environment at Wylie Family Dentistry; at the same time, the whole team also works very hard to provide great patient care in a professional manner.
Lorena and her husband have seven wonderful children together. In her spare time outside of work, she enjoys going out and doing lots of fun activities with her kids, from playing mini golf to bowling to camping to go-kart racing! She also enjoys throwing big cookouts with family.

I drive 30 minutes each way to see Dr Morton. He's that good. He's very skilled at the work he does, and - even better - does not do work that doesn't need to be done. He has an excellent & friendly staff, and they always run on time. I highly recommend Wylie Family Dentistry!

Our family has used this practice for years. The office staff is comforting and uses common sense, which I feel is rare nowadays. We've not had a bad experience in all the years with our hygienist or Dr. Morton. They listen to the patient's concerns.

I am not the person who is leave an ugly review happy however I told the very kind lady that made my appt that I had severe dental anxiety. She promised me he was the best and I would love him. Dr Morton was condescending, and had horrible bedside manners .... Very "cerebral" ... great knowledge of medical terms yet lacked the ability and patience to practically explain it so that I understood.I just had an overall HORRIBLE experience!!! He treated my tooth pain and need to have relief as if i was "just a hypochondriac" I only leave this rebuke in hopes that he can and will learn humility and discern your patients mental state and adapt yourself to them... especially when a patient has severe anxiety!! Please be more discerning and compassionate with your patients in the further! The medical assistant was very kind and patient with me! Thank God for her ....

First visit at the office so I don't know them well enough to go five stars. Scheduling was easy and prompt. Location was convenient and easy to find. The office is very clean and pleasant. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. Dr Morton took plenty of time to get acquainted and also to explain my dental treatment plan. I will go back and am happy to recommend Wylie Family Dentistry.
