If I could give y'all 10 Stars I would. I absolutely hate the dentist and get extreme anxiety. Today was my first visit and I will be back! From checking in to actually getting my teeth cleaned every single person was understanding and compassionate. I feel they genuinely went above & beyond to make sure I was comfortable throughout the process!

Love this place. Staff is always very nice and make you feel welcome and comfortable. I've had cleanings, root canals and extractions done here and always trust them to do great work.

I contacted this place asking if they took Medicaid because I read reviews saying they did and heard from several people they did. When I emailed them, the response I got was "I am very sorry, but we have 2 doctors out on leave and wont be back until Aug. I am sorry, but at this time I have to say no"...what? And I think this is the woman running this place. I had to reply with my same question since she completely avoided it and when I do she asks what type of Medicaid I have?? I have Medicaid. I have insurance through the Medicaid. But dental is covered through the Medicaid directly from my understanding. So to ask what I have wouldn't really matter unless you're a physician. Her response is that they don't take those. So I'm super confused and just the entire conversation was weird. She clearly has 0 customer service skills, that's pretty apparent. Maybe you should hire a receptionist and stick to your actual job as a dentist. And I don't like leaving bad reviews for a place I didn't even get to attend as a customer so I'll leave 3 stars, but the conversation just left a bad taste in my mouth. Especially when I'm asking around for places that take Medicaid and I get another recommendation for this place when they clearly don't want to take people with Medicaid. Wish I could have went.

Been going to WFD for about 5 years now. The care is top notch, and everyone is incredibly nice and understanding. Wouldn't go anywhere else for dental care!

I am not satisfied with the service I received at all, but when you have Medicaid thats how they treat patients.

I was a new patient. It was my first time going to the dentist for a chipped tooth, an to be honest, the first time going to the dentist in awhile. The staff was very welcoming. The receptionist was amazing and helped with all my questions. The dentist and hygienist were very reassuring and helped calmed my nerves. They were very quick and precise. Before I left I made another appointment for a cleaning. Defiantly recommend!

Very rude! I just called asking if they accepted my insurance and the woman almost immediately said "no, thank you have a great day" and hung up on me....... If they did not accept it I had follow up questions for out of pocket costs and this woman while I was talking just hung up on me! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! and I am very disappointed as I was prepared to just pay the out of pocket cost based on reviews but now I will most definitely NOT be ever stepping foot in this poorly run establishment.

My 8 year old goes here and the staff is great with him. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a substantial dental office.

Terrible experience. Was left in excruciating pain and a half drilled out tooth and told I'd have to be referred for an extraction. I can't get an appointment for a month and I'm sitting in an emergency crying in pain. Do not go to this office! Absolutely horrendous.
