The staff was very friendly, positive, and efficient once I was brought into treatment rooms. I did however have to wait about 45 minutes before exam was initiated. Dr. Duggal was very professional, efficient, and communicated effectively and thoroughly during treatment.

Dr Duggal and her team are better than great. If you want a dentist that listens and explains everything, friendly staff, a team that helps navigate insurance for you, then this is the family dentist I would recommend. A dentist you can have a relationship with. Kids are happy, I'm happy, and I now have a dentist I can talk to. She also has the best dental hygienist, super experienced and efficient. Thank you.

Never thought I would post a review of a dentist of all things! But truly, Wurtsboro Dental is THE BEST! My teeth got put on hold for the pandemic and my dentist won't take my insurance anymore. Nice, right? So I looked for a new dentist and wow, I got lucky! Wurtsboro Dental has the best people with the best knowledge. They listen and explain everything. Check. The dentists are extremely competent and caring. From the front desk to check out I felt secure and confident in my decision to go to this dentist. Highly recommend!

UPDATE TO THE INFO BELOW: I called to check the status on my partial, it's been over 3 weeks since the last fitting, and months since I first went there to get a partial. I asked for the lab number so I can expedite them, was told no. Asked for supervisor, who came on the call, was very VERY rude and hung up. I called back and was told I was harassing them and they will call the police. By all means, go there if you want to be abused. Once you pay, you're out of luck. While they made a good first impression, things are not at all what they seemed. After a totally botched attempt to create a partial for me, it had to be completely redone. If not for the fact that they had a substitute dentist, I am sure I would have been told the pain was normal and I would not get a refit, remade device. (I was in serious pain when the dentist jammed it in the first time and was told I would get used to it.) They made me wait 5 weeks to get the bad set, claiming it was the lab. They never called me as they said they would, I had to call them and was told, "Oh, your coverage was just approved and we called you." They never did. Weeks and incredible amounts of pain later, I went back and the substitute dents was aghast - the partial was a bad fit, and he set about refitting me. (This dentist was EXCELLENT, by the way, and took good care of me. Too bad he's leaving as soon as the regular dentist's maternity leave is over.) Weeks after my 2nd fitting, I called them to check in and was given an appointment. It was still not done, teeth not in the base, but at least if fit correctly. 2 more weeks, I call to check and was told everyone is too busy, they will call back. 1 hour 5 min later, I call them back, they are still to busy to check to see if my partial is ready yet. The said they would call it if was in. I told them I didn't have faith in this and they curtly said they would call back. It has been 2 hours now. They are very good at collecting their fee - charging $260 for a deep cleaning of ONE QUARTER of your mouth, meaning it is $1,040 to have your whole mouth deep cleaned. Once I get the partial I have already paid for, I will NEVER go back. What a terrible experience!

I am a new patient that showed up for my appointment with a massive tooth ache. The ladies of the front office greeted me and were very kind. I had X-rays done by a very sweet young lady. Next stop the hygenist!!! I am full of anxieties when at the dentist!! Yet, from the moment I called to the moment I left I was treated gently, which helped me immensely!! When I met Dr Duggal she also understood my anxiety and welcomed me to her office. She was very thorough in explaining the work I would need done. She answered all my questions, some even before I asked them!! I have found a new home for my dentistry!! Thank you all

The hygenists and ladies at the front desk are absolutely wonderful. However, the dentist herself could use a lesson in professionalism. I was running late for my appointment due to construction. I called out of courtesy to let them know. When I walked in, the dentist, whom I have never seen, was standing there and told the receptionist to reschedule. I was extremely angry and took my anger out on the poor receptionist. I called to apologize to the receptionist and to reschedule my appointment. The receptionist informed me that the dentist would not allow me to reschedule and that I could no longer be a patient there.

Where do I start!!!! I've always been so scared if the dentist. I found wurtsboro dental on Google and what an experience! They literally have the best staff and dentist ever! Super understanding and very non judgmental. They are now my family's new dentist!! They are so gentle as well. I had a root canal and didn't feel a thing! My daughter went for fillings and was absolutely amazing that it didn't hurt!

Since Tuesday when I have gotten my tooth pulled from the oral surgeon, I have been in pain. My jaw is swollen inside and out. I even screamed in the dentist chair. He didn't even give anything for pain meds. Tylenol doesn't even do anything for pain. So now I have a infection. Monday morning I will be calling my normal dentist to see what happens next. That's the only reason why you received a 2 star.

A few months ago when looking for a local dentist I stopped in and the place was empty. The front desk person was less than helpful. All of the insurances I stated she claimed they didn't take. Now I see why this place didn't have patients. It's a shame that a person living in this village has to go elsewhere.

Very unprofessional, doesn't care about her patients or their well being only cares about money! Do not go there she will bill your insurance on top of trying to sell you over priced items from Her office to make a profit very shady .. an her staff are very rude as well. Also she treated my son saying he had no cavities weeks later took him elsewhere they said he had a few had to cap his teeth bc of Duggal not knowing what she is doing. Red flag !! Don't go there.

I'm a patient of Dr Duggal for over 10 years. My visits have always been quick n easy, and even when I need work done, it's not bad ( but still the dentist ha). Everyone is so nice, and treats you like family, and they take insurance which is awesome. Love them!!!

The dentist herself is less than professional, or personal. However, the hygienst, whose name I can't remember atm is the saving grace for the whole practice. She is exceptional with children; and with the parents so informative & inclusive, I never leave with any questions or confusion. The other staff who do x-rays, and some of the desk staff, are always pleasant and helpful too! Overall good experience; anything is better than Good Expressions!
