A Great Team!! Dr. Welch herself is very professional, knowledgeable, takes the time to explain the background to a procedureand is very friendly. Her staff are the same and the teamwork they show when they work together is at the highest level. Highly recommended.

My husband, Mack, and I are thrilled to find Dr. Welch since she is truly a biological dentist. We truly wish wed found her in this area years ago, as Ive had to fly out to dentists that are beyond just not using mercury. Were ages 72 & 75, so Dr. Welch will be so helpful with positive aging helped with dentistryand no concerns about harmful dentisty to our elderly bodies.

Ive been going here for years but recently brought in our kiddos. Our oldest needed a filling and was panicked about getting a shot. Dr. Welsh distracted him and she administered the numbing shots so well that he didnt even know she gave him the shots!! Truly amazing service!

I love this group of ladies in this place , everyone works so hard to make you comfortable and they are all so sweet and I love that they come at my dental issues holistically and talk about more than just my teeth but my health as a whole !!!

I have trouble going to any dentist, hard to numb and keep numb. So I only go when I absolutely have to... I went to Wright Parkway Dental in hopes of getting my lead fillings and mercury removed from my mouth.... been putting that off for years. They took such good care of me and my teeth, it was the first time I ever went to a dentist and it wasn't painful. Susan and her staff are amazing and worked with my schedule. I have never looked forward to going to the dentist till now.

This place smelled so nasty. I went to the bathroom the vent had mold covered with paint. I couldn't breathe. I was there 2 min. Why would I let them work on my teeth if they have a nasty mold ridden building?! This is NOT holistic!

I really liked Dr. Welch and her staff. They seemed very caring and knowledgeable. That was until the bills started coming in and our dental insurance wouldn't cover hardly any of the cleanings and cavities we had done for our children. Dr. Welch was not in our network under our insurance, which unfortunately was not disclosed to me. We are a family of seven with one income. Our insurance barely covered a quarter of Dr. Welch's fees. We were never told at any time that our dental insurance wouldn't cover the routine dental work she provided for our children. In 15yrs living in the area and working with in and out of network dentists, I've never been charged what she charges for fillings and cleanings. We were charged over $3,000 for 3-4 fillings and cleanings for our children. And we normally receive 2 free cleanings a year per person under our insurance. Never again will I not make sure ahead of time what the fees are and what is or is not covered. I feel robbed and scammed. I went to Dr. Welch solely on the promise of her being a "natural" dentist. I will never be conned like this again. Beware and ask lots of questions regarding what insurance will and will not cover. I wish I had. I even called and spoke with the person who runs her front office. I asked if I could please have a cash rate to pay our bill because insurance wasn't covering any of it and was told no. Please save yourself the cash and headache and find a better dentist.

My husband developed an abscess overnight and Dr. Welch saw him right away. She was very detailed in her exam and her explanation of the issue and how to handle it. Everyone at the office was friendly and helpful.

My mother found her advertised in the "Awakening Magazine" and thought she would be great holistic dentist to check out since she aligned with my mother's approach to mind and body wellness. Dr. Welch told my mother that her tooth could be saved and repaired if she spent almost $15,000 worth of bridge work. My mother agreed to the procedure but was shocked to find out that Dr. Welch's work only lasted a mere THREE MONTHS. My mother wound up going to another dentist who told her that the tooth was already bad and needed to come out. Dr Welch should have been more honest instead of giving my mother false reassurance. NO THANK YOU to this greedy, deceiving dentist!

Dr. Welch is not only a great colleague, she is a fantastic dentist! Speaking from personal experience, I can honestly say that she provides excellent care for her patients. As a local specialist, I see dental work from many dentists in our community. Dr. Welch is one of the best! Not only do I get the opportunity to treat her patients, I also have personally had he help me with my own dental care. Utmost professionalism and excellent service is what you can expect at Wright Parkway Dental.

This is the best dentist office i've ever been to! Everyone is so friendly and Dr Welch is the most knowledgeable and caring dentist i've ever met. I feel like she goes above and beyond to educate the patient on what exactly is going on and how to improve your health. She and her staff are very progressive and have taught me so much about my teeth and how it plays a huge part in my over health. Her expertise is expands way past just filling cavities she really gets to the root of the problem. Everything from DNA bacteria test, Postural analyzing of your neck and jaw, TMJ relief and sleep apnea relief. You will be shocked to learn so much about your mouth. She's fixing your health through dentistry! I have been going to Dr welch for 3 years now and I have had my teeth straighten, my gums healed and she also help unlock my lock jaw with her laser treatments! Her staff gives the most thorough teeth cleaning visit hands down! its been one of the best investments i've made! Dr Welch has such a nice presence about her. she's very caring and does a great job at calming my nerves.I love this place and the staff! Your smile is your calling card and it makes the first impression. so what is your smile telling people?

Polite and comforting staff. They also make things easy to understand. I've been going there since I was a kid and they always treat any patient like a family member.

Dr. Susan Welch is an excellent dentist with incredible chair-side manner. I had a wonderful experience as a patient in the office. She is thorough, and takes into account the "big picture", with an evaluation of the entire head and neck, gums, occlusion/bite, and gets to the core of any issues or concerns you may have. I come with a background of dentistry, as my family is in the dental field. It has taken me a while to find the person I could trust with my mouth! I highly recommend her!
