I love to see people smile. It is so rewarding to give children and adults the confidence to share a big happy smile. I know this confidence will positively affect their lives, whether in school, at work, or most important, in their relationships. Lets face it: People want to be around people who smile.
I live in Millersville, MD with my lovely wife Melissa (and our cat Tilly). I am blessed to have Melissa work with me in the office. She is our patient liaison and makes sure that all of our patients get the special attention they need and deserve.
Our orthodontic team consists of highly qualified professionals with over 150 years of experience in the orthodontic field! We pride ourselves on being at the forefront of advances in orthodontic treatment, and enhancing patient relationships by attending continuing education seminars in addition to ongoing training by Dr. Wright. Our team is committed to excellence and the lifelong results of our patients.
Angelle has more than 30 years of experience in the dental/orthodontic profession, half of which has been with Wright Orthodontics. She is a certified general dental assistant and certified orthodontic assistant in the State of Maryland She is X-ray Certified and also Healthcare CPR/First Aid certified. Angelle loves assisting patients and families with all aspects of their orthodontic care, and seeing their smile transformations when treatment is complete.
Angelle has two beautiful daughters, Jenna and Caitlyn. She has two dogs Maverick & Lil Dude and two cats Bam-Bam and Dino.Her hobbies include spending time with her family, volunteering in the community, reading a good book in her hammock, and computers. Angelle is a DC Sports fan and roots for the Washington Football Team and the Washington Capitals. Lets Go Caps!
Beth has been a dental assistant for almost 37 years. She followed in her moms footsteps and now her own daughter is in the dental field! Beth enjoys working with patients and helping them get a beautiful smile. She also appreciates the personal relationships she has developed with both her patients and the rest of our team.
Dawn began her dental career more than 20 years ago and has been a wonderful addition to our team since joining in 2017. Working with patients throughout treatment, Dawn enjoys showing patients their initial and final set of photos when they complete treatment. Their smiles are her favorite thing to see!
Outside of the office, Monica competes in strongman and CrossFit competitions. Her passion for self-improvement led her to recently becoming a coach. She loves to see patients, or anyone, better themselves! She's also a proud mom and wife.

Dr. Wright is a board-certified orthodontist and a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics. This is the only orthodontic specialty board recognized by the American Dental Association and sponsored by the American Association of Orthodontists.
Board certification is a voluntary examination process accomplished after specialty training has been completed. Dr. Wright successfully underwent this rigorous testing in 2003 because he believes in continuously striving for excellence in the field of orthodontics.

Dr. Wright and his entire staff are 2nd to none. I could not have had a more lovely experience with such a competent staff to help fix my smile! I never waited more than 30 seconds in the waiting room and everyone was always so friendly. Exceptional!

I needed Invisalign to correct only my bottom teeth and the plan that Dr. Wright put together worked wonders. The office runs very efficiently and so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend for any orthodontic needs.

The staff at Wright Orthodontics have always been professional and very reliable in providing services to both my elementary school children. My kids feel comfortable at every visit and actually look forward to their appointments. Dr. Wright is conscientious in the care he and his staff provide and communicates clearly in all he and his staff do. I have also greatly appreciated their flexibility and warmth not only to my children but also in working with our family and our particular needs. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Wright, his Wife Melissa and the staff at Wright's Orthodontics. My Daughter had major anxiety about getting braces put on and afterwards was in major pain. After leaving a message after hours Melissa called me from Vacation to go over treatment. Not to mention we never wait to be seen and the office is exceptionally clean. I will be using them for my Son in the future for sure.

Wright Orthodontics has been wonderful with my son. His teeth are gorgeous after just 12 months! They are efficien, attentive, and kind. They have put him at ease each time during his visits. Not to mention the payment options given to lessen the impact of costly dental work was such a blessing. Highly recommend this dental practice, and so glad we were referred to such a great team of dental experts!
