Born in Charleston, SC, Dr. Wright moved to Maitland, FL at the age of one. As the youngest of three boys, sports such as football, baseball, basketball, as well as waterskiing, have always been a big part of his life. He attended Dommerich Elementary, Maitland Middle School, and Winter Park High School. At Winter Park he focused on sports and academics, realizing he wanted to pursue a career in the dental field. After graduating in 1996 from Winter Park, Dr. Wright pursued a bachelor's degree at Davidson College where he also continued in athletics playing football for the Wildcats. He entered dental school at the University of Florida in 2000 and earned his Doctorate of Dental Medicine in 2004. These days, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, following the UF and UCF football teams, waterskiing, golfing, and serving in his church. He is an active member of the American Dental Association, Florida Dental Association, Central Florida District Dental Association, and the Dental Society of Greater Orlando.
Located on the corner of Howell Branch Road and Temple Trail in Winter Park, the practice has conveniently served residents of the greater Orlando area for more than 30 years. Dr. Gregg Kroen established the practice in 1978, moving it to the current location in 1984. Dr. Wright says, 'Dr. Kroen has always been a great friend and mentor and it is a privilege to continue providing quality dentistry like he has done for so many years. It is a dream come true to do so in such a beautiful office, less than a mile from where I grew up. I look forward to continuing the tradition of providing quality general and cosmetic dental care to families for years to come.'

I had suffered with an abscessed tooth for about a week before reaching out to a friend (Sharon McLeod) who works with Dentist Doctor Chad Wright. Sharon and Doctot Wright worked me into their schedule and within couple of days I was in the office having a root canal done and prep work for a crown to be put in place ! Today is the first day without any pain and the tooth feels fine! 1.) Thank you, Sharon McLeod for taking the time out of your busy to schedule to fit me in to see the doctor, it was so kind of her to do so! 2.) Thank you to Doctor Wright for accepting me as a new patient and fitting me into his heavy schedule with such short notice! I found Doctor Wright to be friendly, welcoming and most professional. I have all the confidence in his abilities and that of his staff. 3.) Dental Assistant Jiemy who greeted me at both visits, was comforting, informative, professional as well! She even laughed at my lame sense of humor! To sum up my over all experience with Doctor Wright and staff would be exceptional! I would remiss not to mention my favorite staff member and supporter Flossy! I would highly recommend Doctor Chad Wright and Staff!!!

Dr. Wright has been our family's dentist for over 2 years. He's great with my children and he just replaced my broken crown and it was the best experience I've had with dental work! The office staff is wonderful. He's a neighborhood dentist and it feels like you are seeing family when you come in. You won't be disappointed by choosing them. (And I'm a tough critic)

My hero! I broke a molar recently and Dr. Wright's office got me in quickly for an evaluation and a temporary crown. Just got the permanent one today, and my dental miseries are in the past! You can't ask for a more responsive, caring and committed team, from the friendly office staff, to the thoughtful technicians, to Dr. Wright himself, who is ready to help with a dental problem. He's kind - and reassuring - and super-competent; exactly the type of person you want to be your dentist!
