Good place I have 3 teens with braces and we are in a bind getting a 60 day notice to move after 6 years in the house and behind payments .they said the only way is to pay 8,000 upfront. I can't pay that much upfront I'm not behind that much .just doesn't seem fair .I'm willing to pay that put can only do that when tax return comes and they won't see my kids until then. I have a family member just diagnosed with cancer and it's been a rough year for us all .

I am happy doing my treatment here at Wow Smiles, the staff is always friendly, and they do their best to help you on anything. I am a mom doing braces at the same time as my teenager, we both come together now, and my little one is looking forward to join us, the service, accomodations and financing is really awesome, highly recommend them to anybody, at any age to go for the braces over here.

Great Customer Service office very clean staff excellent service n kind. They are straight forward to the point with teeth Mt 16 yr old n 13 yr getting braces put on the same day of their examination

We live 3 hours away and were referred to this orthodontist because they accept our insurance... and there are none in our city that do, that answer their phone ever. Clicking the link for the new patient paperwork gave me an error message that the link was not valid. I'm a single Mom who works 40 hours a week and is also the Resident Manager of my apartment complex to make ends meet. I took the day off of work as my only source of income and drove the 6 hour round trip to get to this appointment. Because I care about my only child and am trying to do what is best for him. We got there 15 minutes early and even though Google lists that they open at 8:30am, and his appt was at 9am... we were told to wait outside and could start the paperwork at 5 till.... everyone seemed friendly... however to send the insurance cards/information on April 28th for our appointment today May 17th... it would have been nice to know that our insurance wasn't going to pay for it... before driving that 6 hours... if they aren't going to pay for it, good customer service would be to call your patient and give them the facts so they can make informed decisions could find someplace close to home if I'm paying out of pocket anyways... $60 in gas is easier than $3,500 for braces... would have made the drive worth it... Updated from their response... thank you for the "scripted" response... I'll be taking my son somewhere else
