I have been a patient in the office since 2019. I originally selected this location when it was Auger Smiles hoping to do my treatment with Dr. Auger. Unfortunately, he retired. Since Dr. Auger's retirement I have been seen by Dr. Ding. I was a bit apprehensive at first because my relationship had been established with Dr. Auger. Working with Dr. Ding has actually been nothing but wonderful. She communicates clearly on expectations and what is practical. I feel involved in the decisions of my treatment and have had a pleasant experience. Unfortunately, she will be leaving at the end of the month. There was a letter sent out notifying patients which is great so that we are informed. I am a bit frustrated in the changing of care providers for the 3rd time but I am hopeful considering it has all worked out so far. As far as needing to get in during an emergency like an attachment falls off they are pretty speedy. So far my experience has been pleasant. Update 10/5/2022 I have continued to be a patient in the office. My experiences have still remained pretty pleasant. When I voice a concern I will pretty quickly receive a call to discuss the concern. I do believe the office is always working towards a positive customer experience. I have another new orthodontist in the office who I have now had twice and so far I really like her.

Whent in to get braces and got much more than expected...I ended up getting a $600 discount for a promotion they had going on and was the winner of a raffle they automatically entered me in..got my braces the same day with a minimum down payment of $150!!!!! I recommend a friend and was booked in the following week for his consultation. I highly recommend WOW SMILES

Wow! Smiles nice place to get you braces. Good customer services, friendly and they make sure you understand what to do after having your brace done or what to expected after. They guided you how to take care of your braces and to be complaint with good hygiene.

From the start of my treatment, the WOW smiles team made me feel super comfortable. When entering the office, the receptionist greets you with a warm and cheerful welcome. I really appreciate the friendliness displayed by the entire staff. After each adjustment the clinical staff member was very thorough in explaining what was done and answering the questions I had. Personally, every encounter has been positive.

The only bad thing about this place its that you have a n appointment and they have you waiting for more than 40 minutes, I think that you should over book if you don't have that stuff to take care of patients !!!!

We had our first appointment at this office and I must say it was great. From start to finish we had a great experience. The staff is very professional and knowledgeable as well as friendly. Great customer service and the Doctor was GREAT answered all our questions. Well worth the drive to this location. Highly recommend this office.

WOW Smiles in Monterey was very helpful, their staff is amazing!!! Donna and Anna thank you very much for accommodating me in your fully booked schedule. The doctor was very helpful and showed clear concern of the patients. Their accommodation is very reasonable for people who live out of state like myself.thank you once again! Xavier

I was very hesitant to get braces because no dentist has ever heard my needs. Dr Ding and her staff were amazing and made me feel very comfortable in their office! I just started my treatment and have already started referring friends and family over with just because of how easy and understood i felt. 10/10 would recommend!!

They have no consideration for your time. I am waiting for my daughters retainer that was supposed to be done. It's not. They are making her redo her impressions. Horrible experience.

Amaizing and warm reception by Addy, excellent explantation of Vanessa and Lizbeth and professional guidance by Gloria. The entire front desk at wow smiles. Thank you Irene, Madison and Dr. Sindy Ding for an amaizing visit. My daughter now has beautiful braces and soon, she'll have the "WOW Smile" and the wow smile T-Shirt .

Dam sure miss Dr Auger, this place went down hill since he left. Really slow, plan on being there for hour and half. Augur had our child in and out in 20-30 mins. Now I guess things change when Wow Smiles moto has changed. Have 2 more kids still needing braces. So as my daughter is In chair getting her braces off, I get a miss called saying we missed her appointment. I go tell them we are here and my daughter is In the chair. Augur cared, the new wow smiles is a joke! My other kids won't being going there!

The staff at Wow Smiles Monterey was efficient, knowledgeable and professional. They worked very hard to listen to our concerns and accommodate us as much as possible.

This is NO LONGER Dr Auger and the service and care is so terrible. My sons braces have been so damaging to him and cutting him him massively twice now. Breaking within an hour twice and they want to give repair dates out a month or 3 weeks!! Beware and save your kids experiences and money.. Stay away from here. We are going to go where Dr Augers staff went. We found out why all the staff is new. They all left! They are now at Monterey Orthodontics and we will be too after today.

This clinic was very helpful, and gave us all the information and guidance even though we didn't have all of the insurance. The doctors were very helpful and they showed clear concern for all of their patients. Their accommodation is very reasonable for people who do not have insurance. Vanessa specifically was very helpful and also guided us to other dentists that worked with our insurance. Their customer service is very good
