My little one has been going to Dr.Oshmi Dutta and we love him and the staff!!! Very professional and friendly . Office visit always wonderful. Office always looks clean too. They all do such a great job!!!

I actually enjoy bringing my child to the dentist now! The staff is friendly and efficient. Dr. Dutta is awesome! My child needed quite a bit of work done after first visit but now his teeth are perfect after every visit. My son now sees an orthodontist as well and even our orthodontist comments on how well his dental work is.

My kids love coming to this dentist. They are never afraid to get their teeth cleaned here! They have helped my kids stay cavity free!! All the staff including the front staff have been very nice and fabulous. I have no issues getting through to the office and I enjoy taking them every single time.

Dr.Dutto& his staff are very friendly and very kind they go out of their way to make my Grandson feel comfortable& they even bought my grandson a birthday present for his birthday this year, he has been coming to Dr.Dutto since he was very young,we love love World pediatric dental this place is the best!!!!Sincerly, Caroline Urban

This is the worst place you can take your child to. We paid to have my daughter's teeth capped off and I paid with my card since they told me that they will read deposit the money back into my account if we changed our mind on the surgery that she was going to get for her teeth so when we finally decided not to do the surgery and we tried to get our money back they want to try to give us a check instead of redepositing it into my account I explained to them that then they took my money under fraudulent and pretenses since they told me that my money would be redeposited back into my account via my card and they're refusing to refund my money back into my account and want me to take a check from them that I have to cash at their bank that charge for me to cash it be careful with this doctor as well cuz he has a very bad attitude

First, I'm going to start like this, this place I love for my kids because when it comes to my kid's dental work and physical check-ups, I'm incredibly picky. I learned about world Pediatrics because of all the good reviews I saw on FB and Google; I am incredibly disappointed with this place. It was a fantastic place when I came here; so good that my daughter loved coming here; I never had an issue with anyone at this facility until recently. The first time I had a bad experience was when I had to take my daughter to undergo surgery for her teeth; well before we arrived, my daughter sipped Gatorade, and she shouldn't have consumed anything because of her procedure. So I let the ladies up front know because they did ask if she had anything to drink and eat, and I did tell them she sipped Gatorade. So the young lady that was upfront which I believe was Dani (Patient Coordinator), said she would let the doctors know, so I sat down and waited; about 5 mins had passed, and Dr. Dutta came out and informed us that we would have to wait about an hour and a half because my daughter sipped on Gatorade, and that morning we were swamped I would need to reschedule. As my husband and I were talking about what to do, Dr. Dutta, with a rude attitude and interrupting us as we spoke, said well, no matter what, you will need to wait the hour. I don't know if he was having a bad morning or whatever the case was, but my husband found it rude as for me, I'm more of an understanding person because, as I mentioned, I work for dental offices, and I know doctors have there mornings so I talked to my husband and said to him that he might just be having a bad morning. But even if I defended Mr. Dutta's behavior, Dr. Dutta should not have interrupted us, especially since Dr. Dutta is the facility's owner and the doctor. What a lot of these doctors fail to realize is that the energy you put out to your patients will get picked up real quick; you need to have patience, especially in the line of work that he does, with no patience and understanding yourself as a human being, educator and prime example for children and also your staff will rub off on your on staff and patients. Mrs. Dani said it would take up to 6 weeks to get my money. I was agitated, but what could I do? It was their policy, and I did have to wait. Today, 08/16/2022, I received a phone call from Dani, the patient care coordinator; she asked if the address they had on file was correct, and I said yes and asked why. She stated that she would be mailing out the check for the refund, and my husband heard our conversation because she was being recorded and she was on speaker, so he continued the conversation with her. She began to yell at my husband, saying she couldn't refund our money straight to our bank because the new system they had didn't do refunds, so now that was a coincidence that had to happen now as I'm getting my refund or she was being rude, as for me I feel she was retaliating. Mrs. Dani yelled at my husband and hung up on him, and as I called back, she was hanging up the phone on me and would pick up then hang up or answer and leave me on the line, so I kept calling and calling till she answered and when she did I stated I was calling the board and writing them a letter and she stated that Dr. Dutta needed to speak to me if it was okay if he called me back, then five mins later I received my refund. I feel like Mrs. Dani was giving me fraudulent information and retaliating because we asked for our money back, or she was also having a bad day. I'm incredibly disappointed with Dr. Dutta and his front office staff and how they handle overwhelming/agitated patients. Suppose you find yourself in a line of work where you constantly deal with patients all day and have no patience. Then this kind of work is not for you. I don't blame the assistant or the staff for their lousy behavior. I blame the doctor because of his behavior. I always lived by, you hire what you're looking for, and Dr. Dutta is looking for rude assistance because he is one himself. I will be notify the board

I absolutely love this dentist office, everyone I've encountered is so nice and helpful. Even though we live 30 minutes away I will be bringing my children here for their checkups. Thank you for all that you've done!!

Unfortunately our wonderful dentist stopped taking our insurance before they did the recommended some teeth to be extracted but need a consult from an orthodontist We were assigned another dentist/orthodontist who agreed on the tooth extractions but doesn't do sedation which my daughter needed. Her mouth is too small she has adult teeth coming in and no room and is in massive pain So we came to world pediatric and this dentist Dutta and I had a conversation I showed him xrays I made sure the other dentist and orthodontist 4 total sent everything over. Explained everything to him in detail. He agreed he said he could do the extraction in his office but his anesthesiologists doesn't take insurance but he has privileges at the children's surgical center. So they scheduled me for today the 28th she done they said I said that can't be the dentist filled a cavity. So I asked to speak to him he comes in and said he NEVER agreed to pull healthy teeth I reminded him of our conversation and the prescription and referrals that he read and agreed to. In a rude combative attitude he basically calls me a liar. I left I called the surgical center admin he finally got it straightened out yes he agreed to do the extraction yes they have all the referrals So they will be extracting her teeth next Wednesday then I will see an orthodontist World pediatrics called me left a voicemail to see how my daughter was feeling after her extractions only further proof that that is what was scheduled today. So who is the liar here??? I called and let them know he's is no longer our dentist and that he is an extremely rude man who called me a liar. I heard ok fine and was hung up on!

Today was my son's first appointment at this office. From when I called the office everyone was super nice. He had a great experience. Everyone was welcoming at thorough and nice. He will be going back in 6 months . Ohh and I loved the colorful office

My 6 year old son had a treatment earlier this year that included general anesthesia. I was very impressed with how the office and everyone involved handled the procedure. From the beginning stages of scheduling being accommodating, to making it effortless in involving the anesthesiologist, coordinating benefits and payments, to the actual day of the procedure. The staff kept me informed in every step of the way and explained in detail what to expect during and after the procedure. Most importantly, everyone made my son feel safe and comfortable throughout the entire procedure. I am thankful and grateful for the staff here, and will continue to trust them with my son's health.
