Dr. Yakov Khaytin is excited to work with the patients of Brooklyn, NY, in achieving good oral health. He has dedicated his career to helping others enjoy good oral health and is well-trained to do so.
Dr. Khaytin earned his degree from New York University College of Dentistry. He has been practicing dentistry for over 27 years now, during which time his skills have been recognized by the NYU College of Dentistry. As a result of this recognition, he proudly held a faculty teaching position from 1995 to 1997.
While he is already highly trained, Dr. Khaytin is eager to stay up to date on advances in dentistry in order to provide his patients with the best care possible. His dedication to the field of dentistry has earned him a number of recognitions, including The Brookdale Maxicourse in Oral Implantology Certificate, Perio Institutes Course in Oral Surgery Workshop Certificate, Implant Training Course of AIC Certificate, Advanced Implant Training Certifications from Impact Health International, and others. As a result of his extensive and continued training and education, Dr. Khaytin now utilizes some of the latest developments in dental technologies in his dental practice near you in Brooklyn, NY. These include 3D imaging, SIRO laser, digital impressions, CEREC 3D milling technology (one-day crowns), and digital x-rays. These technologies not only improve the quality of treatment but also can elevate the level of comfort for patients.
Dr. Khaytin is proud to be a member of a number of dental organizations and groups, including the Academy of General Dentistry, American Dental Association, The American Academy of Implant Dentistry, and International Congress of Oral Implantology.

The receptionist is awful she has soo much attitude for no reason at all. They are always running behind schedule and never take you for when you have your appointment. I had to wait 3 hours after my schedule appointment to be seen. They also do insurance fraud!!!!! They billed my insurance for a filling which I never had. The only good thing the doctor is nice and dental assistants are very friendly. They should really change the receptionist though.

The doctor is fine but the front desk girl is awful and nasty. Extremely disrespectful, she spends more time staring in her phone rather than actually working. Check out other reviews, so many people complain about her attitude.

If there was a zero star option would have choose that without any hesistation. The Dentist is nice but the stuff is Ridiculous and rude. Doesnt understand English at all. The receptionist ELENA who wasnt wearing a mask is extremely Rude, She does not understand English and wasted my time and on top of all she doesnt listens at all. My insurance card had the office name. I was showing her the Card but she refused to look at it and told me to see some other dentist. God knows she had a fight with someone that day and all she did displaced anger on me. I would prefer to pay Out of pocket but wont EVER go to this place again!

The one star rating is because of the nasty, racist secretary. No matter how nice I was with her, she would just be NASTY. The waiting room is freezing cold now ( November) NO HEAT!! Tv is blasting in Russian tv show without regard for others. I called to come earlier and was told to do so thinking I was at least going to be seen at 5. 5:30 I was called in and waited for Dr to see me. Very unpleasant experience. The Dr is ok. It's not his fault I guess that his nasty secretary has patients come earlier just to have them wait. Not nice. Last time coming to this place. Will look for another dentist.

If I can give no stars I would. Called office with an emergency on my tooth. They never got back. I had to call again the same day. Dr saw me and gave me antibiotics. He said " give antibiotics few days and if that does not work , I will pull the tooth" . I am still in pain in the same day and have to have me tooth pulled tomorrow. Same pain as a root canal.

I've been a patient of Doctor Alla Shataif for over 5 years. Always super professional, positive and attentive. Every time I come I feel like she remembers every procedure we've done in the past. This personal touch makes all the difference for me. Absolutely love her and always refer all of my friends. There's also a gorgeous girl Alena on the front desk, who always welcomes you with a warm shiny smile.

I've been a patient of Dr. Shtaif for over a decade and every single time I've been at the office its always been very professional respectful from receptionist to Dr. Shtaif!! I once had an emergency where my tooth cracked and receptionist called me asap telling me to come and she came special for me and this means alot to me!! Yes sometimes theres a wait but truth be told it shows me she takes her time on every patient she has and honestly makes me more comfortabel knowing I'm always in good hands!! If I could more than 5 stars I would!! Highly recommended and would never go anywhere else!! Thank you World Of Dentistry

Alla Shtaif is Absolutely the worst dentist you may possible find in Brooklyn. After 5 years I have to redo all her work and costing me already ~ 8k. Anywhere you go dentist asking who did this terrible work and most of them know her and NOT surprised ! If you are ready to wait for hours to get seated, answer same stupid questions and literally she will do your tooth in 30 seconds because there are another 3-4 patients are waiting.... anyway - Stay Away !

The doctor makes me feel comfortable regardless of the complexity of the dental work and that's very important to me. I don't have insurance and find their prices very competitive. Around ten years passed since getting I first became a patient here and all of the dental work is holding in place today just as well as it did on day one. Very clean office.
