Dr. Steven Workman attended Illinois College, where he majored in biology and chemistry and graduated summa cum laude in 2004. Dr. Workman received his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from Southern Illinois University School of Medicine in 2008, graduating with honors.
Dr. Workman is a lifelong learner and committed to staying current with cutting-edge advances in dentistry. He is particularly interested in implant placement and restoration and has taken many courses to provide you with the highest level of care. Dr. Workman is a member of the American Dental Association, Illinois State Dental Society, and the Columbia Rotary.
Dr. Workman was born and raised in Springfield, IL. After graduating from dental school, where he met his wife, Emily, he moved to St. Louis. They have three young daughters, two of whom are twins, and a Yellow Lab named Cooper. Dr. Workman is an avid St. Louis Cardinals and Blues fan and a Green Bay Packers Fan.
We are thrilled that Robin has chosen to spend 30 wonderful years working at our Columbia dental office! In that time, she has proven to be an indispensable member of our team. There are a lot of reasons why Robin loves being an assistant, but she particularly enjoys working with our patients and helping them enjoy a great, healthy smile.
Anns is one of the first friendly faces you will see when you visit our practice. She excels at her job because she loves taking the time to help our patients and interact with them on a personal level.
Tiffany enjoys getting to know her patients and providing them with the treatments that improve their oral health. In her free time, Tiffany likes spending time with her kids, gardening, and helping out at her kids school.
Beth attended Lewis and Clark College and has been with the practice for 15 years. She is a native of Waterloo and enjoys getting to know her patients and making a difference in their lives by providing them with with great dental care.
Sadie enjoys getting to know our patients and building long-term trusting relationships to help them feel good about their dental care. When shes not busy at the practice, Sadie likes camping, working on the farm, and spending time with family.
Katie loves her job and enjoys spending time with her patients and helping them achieve the best possible oral health. She is a native of Evansville and enjoys spending free time with family and friends.
Emily is great at multi-tasking and handles both her assistant and front desk duties with ease. She makes our patients feel welcome and special by taking the time to get to know them and learning their needs.

Dr. Workman answered any questions I had during my first visit with him, took the time to go through any concerns or needs I had, was very knowledgeable and personable and really made me feel as if I am going to be in very good hands while in their care.

Dr. Workman's office took me in for a last minute appointment the day before Thanksgiving! Everyone was so kind and helpful. Dr. Workman took his time to explaining my options! If you are looking for a wonderful dental team, this is the place to go!

I truly can't say enough about this office! Dr. Workman has proven to be a highly attentive and caring professional. He has a way of putting any nervousness you may have of a dental visit at complete ease. He has an amazing support team behind him of extremely experienced dental hygienists, assistants, and on top of it, an extremely warm & welcoming front desk! They run a very clean and detail oriented business to say the least. In my experience, everyone there is an absolute pleasure to work with! Some of the nicest people I have ever associated with. From Anne on the front desk, to Katie my hygenist. Then there is Dr Workman and his assistant Robin, who are just the best. I came here 6 1/2 years ago with no dentist after moving here. These folks took us in, and treated us like we were life long patients. We appreciate all of them so much!

Dr. Workman has been my dentist for 8 years now and I will never go anywhere else! He takes the fear out of the process and his work leaves me smiling, literally! The entire staff are fantastic and so kind that my kids actually get excited to get their regulate cleanings!
