I do not like the way the secretaries of that center give customer service, they have been very inconsiderate with my children and with me despite the time we have been there. I missed an appointment because they agreed to send me a reminder and they did not do it and the other appointment I told him that I needed for the afternoon for the children's school and he did not see the interest to help me, please, what I told them and at the end what they told me I had to find another dentist. I would never recommend it.

I wish I could give negative stars. After 7 years of being happy, reliable clients, they chose to put a bill for covered services into collections rather than follow instructions directly from myself or my insurance company on how to complete the claim. Dr. Vera is lovely but rude office staff (who hung up on me repeatedly) and incompetent billing personnel ruin the experience.

Brought my 5yo daughter here on 9/16/20 & was told she has 8 cavities, 2 teeth to pull out, 4 to put crowns on, 2 to fill which seemed a lot of work for a 5yo but i too thought it's an investment towards better dental health for her in the future. She was in pain daily & to do all at once we (Dr. Vera & I) agreed to do all at once with anesthesia. They asked us to pay two weeks in advance for the full amount for the work needed to be done or they would cancel our much needed appointment for a child in pain. We'd never heard of a clinic with such ludicrous policy especially given the fact they would not give us a pre-estimate from the insurance. I reluctantly paid (after arguing with my husband that waiting to find & book appt with another dentist would cause our daughter more pain) as Linda kept pressuring me to either pay immediately or she'd cancel the appointment & my heart was breaking seeing my child in pain a few times a day from a huge cavity that needed immediate attention or it would get infected/worse. They kept saying its taking long because they sent it by mail. Linda, the very rude, condescending, unprofessional office manager who shuts the patients' parents up the second they ask a legitimate question about the cost of their dental work & other important details about their child's dental care, first said they sent pre-estimate via mail hence it being late coming back. Then on a later day, Josie (?) the equally rude, unprofessional insurance coordinator with zero empathy & awfully cold demeanor, rudely informed me that pre-estimate was "sent Electronically" on same day as first visit with Dr. Vera. Shamelessly, unethically lying & caught in the lie, neither Linda or Josie apologized but kept hanging up when i asked them to explain why they wouldnt give us the pre-estimate of what insurance would approve of & cover. They got so annoyed, Linda flat out told me that she discussed with Dr. Vera & they decided that if i dont trust them i should go & take my business elsewhere as they were canceling our upcoming appointment (in two days) we had already paid for & my daughter very much needed to rid her of the constant pain. I begged them, implored them as j sat outside in my car to not to do that to a child in pain & i was shocked/disgusted with the lack of empathy, let alone professionalism. She hung up on me, once more! I called back asking to let me in to sign a form of release of records to another dentist so i could speed things up but they told me to go home & they would mail it. I stayed there telling them they were being cruel to a child who'd wait needlessly for a few more days/weeks to just get seen by a new dentist. At that point i didnt even trust Dr. Vera because regardless of her dental skills, she too was showing lack of professionalism & empathy allowing/asking her staff to treat her patients in such a way for absolutely no good reason. We, as parents, act in ways we never thought we would when desperate to see our kids in better health. I dont regret trying so desperately to get my daughter dental care from Dr. Vera because she was one of the few dentists around that work with patients needing anesthesia and also booked us relatively fast but under the circumstances I would never ever trust or go to a healthcare provider after experiencing firsthand the lack of professionalism ethics and empathy not to mention their ludicrous, 3rd world country, "pay-up-front or no-care" policy.

AS A PERSON WHO WORKS IN THE MEDICAL FIELD DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILDREN HERE THEY ARE BEYOND RUDE AND DO NOT CARE FOR CHILDREN HEALTH OR WELLBEING AT ALL AFTER READING OTHER REVIEWS THEY SHOULD NOT BE OPEN THE DOCTOR LITERALLY LEFT MY CHILD WITH OUT PROPER CARE AND JUST WANTED TO DO A REMOVE WITH OUT TREATING HER INFECTION AND BECAUSE I GOT SECOND OPINION THEY REFUSED TO GIVE HER EMERGENCY CARE OR MEDICATION; AND TO ADD TO IT THE DOCTOR WENT FROM ONE STATION TO ANOTHER WITH OUT PROPER PPE CHANGE ESPECIALLY DURING COVID 19 IT PUTTING FAMILIES AT RISK AND UNHYGIENIC THEIR ACTIONS LEFT MY CHILD WITH A SERIOUS CASE AND UNTREATED !!! MY SECOND OPINION SAID NOT TO COME BACK AS THEY WHERE NEGLECTING MY CHILD BY NOT GIVING HER PROPER CARE AND PUTTING HER HEALTH AT GREAT RISK BY THEIR ACTIONS !! DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILDREN HERE I WOULD NOT EVEN RECOMMEND BRINGING IN A DOG TO SEE THESE PEOPLE. !!! SO UNETHICAL UNPROFESSIONAL AND SHOULD NOT BE LICENSED!!

Took my autistic son here for a check up. As a dental assistant I had notice he had some cavities and he needed help from a dentist who is experienced with children like him . originally He would get his care at a previous job I no longer had. But anyways .. first it was a busy afternoon so we waited a while.. like a really long time !! I understand how it can be so Didn't bother me at all. And then we go in. We meet the hygienist who was awesome. She couldn't get a good PA on my son. So then comes in the doctor. Who basically says that my son needs to go to BOSTON for care .... Im sorry lol ? And then continues to tell me that my autistic son is not cooperative (well duh he is autistic) he was having a tough time understanding what to do i was pretty sure that he was an inexperienced doctor and as for the hygienist she needed to practice her Xray taking. Because ive never had this problem before. With that being said I will never step foot in this place i went somewhere else and xrays were taken no problem and my son cavities also. And guess what ? IN WORCESTER. The employs in this place are VERY VERY VERY RUDE!!! Again as a Dental assistant I wouldn't dare to treat patients like this !!!!!!! They don't care about your child health not one bit !!

Charlie is the cutest dog, my daughter loved him!! My daughter is 10 months, she cries (like every baby) but the team treated her really well! Highly recommend

Everyone was very nice! I was in and out but did not feel rushed. The Dr. Vera explained the next steps at this age.

We love Dr. Vera and the staff at Worcester Kids Dentist! The kids look forward to their cleanings and that they get to see "Charlie puppy".

My daughter is 5 years old and the most she likes from Worcester Kids Dentist is Charlie!!!! A lovely dog!! Is nice and clean... Personal are soo friendly!!

Dr. Vera is such an incredible dentist. We are so happy with our daughters' experience there. We know that they will have gentle, positive dental experiences as children. Charlie the dog is also such a highlight and immediately puts everyone at ease.
