Worcester Hills Dental was founded in 2014 as a dental clinic providing access to exceptional dental care to the communities in Worcester County and beyond. Most of the staff have been providing dental care at this location for many years, some as early as 2005 when a dental clinic was formed at this location for the first time with focus on Pediatric Dentistry. These years of experience of the staff with Pediatric Dentistry and the continued quality of care is what makes Worcester Hills Dental the dental clinic of choice for parents in the area for their kids dental needs.

I've been coming here for years for my kids and myself and I've never really had any bad experiences. However, I brought my son in to get cavities filled and the dentist he had (I've never seen her before) seemed annoyed and a bit impatient with him. He wasn't moving around, but he was moving his tongue because she shoved a bunch of things in his mouth at once. He was super uncomfortable,but she seemed agitated the moment we came in the room. I get that dentists have long days,but have some patience. Especially with children.

Don't come here if you ever plan on being on time. You will be called in at the earliest 30 min after your scheduled appt. The head dentist is amazing other than that I have no idea how this place stays in business with a turn over of staff constantly and NEVER on time even if your the first appointment of the day.

People never on time. First appointment is scheduled for 8am but yet when you get there for your schedule appointment no one is ever ready so your 8am turn into a 8:30-9am appointment.. then you have to wait another hour or so for them to start and finish with you. Which I don't understand if you have a place of business and you start or schedule your first appointment at 8am then you should report to your place of business before 8am that way you can get everything ready and on time to see your 8am at 8am and not at 8:30 or so. Ive been bringing my kids there for about 17 years (since my kids were babies and it was called small smiles) and its just getting worse (front desk never knows anything)

Came in for my appointment and wasn't allowed to sign in before a family that came in after me with 1 kid and one full grown man that the mom said she'd sign in for him even though he's 19, ridiculous

Don't come here. Some of the dentists are low skill and not knowledgable. Only reason I'm giving them two stars is because I appreciate the gender and racial diversity here. During one of my appointments the dentist broke my filling. I was in a lot of pain and had to come back again during that week. I had four fillings done at once, and they were done so poorly that my bite was completely messed up. They don't actually care about solving your dental issues, they just want you to keep coming back so they get paid. If you have moderate to severe dental issues, I suggest going to a place with a more professional staff.

amazing with both my daughter and myself. they take patients as young as 6 months, and i was impressed by this as my daughter got teeth at 4 months old and a lot of other places take patients staring at 1 year. very gentle staff, easy checkin process, and great customer service when over the phone. waiting room is always very clean

I like the office but I feel they are not respecting the pandemic protocols! Third time I have to come here and the waiting room is crowded! All seats occupied, unbelievable!

This is a great dental office! My little sister was seen by Dr. Nithin, he was very gentle and efficient with his work. My sister was scared for her appointment but he was very nice and handled the appointment very well. Will be returning! Thank you Dr. Nithin and all the staff for a great experience for my little sister.
