I had a appointment yesterday and the Dentist was ignorant . I laughed it off because I am so Blessed I didn't allow him to steal my joy.

I'm a new patient since last fall. This past week I developed a very painful sore tooth. I was seen on Thursday and Dr. Unger removed the tooth. assisted by Stephanie. I can't say enough about the professionalism and care I received. Happy to report I experienced very little pain during the process.The front office staff is very helpful and kind reflecting the culture of a patient centered practice.I have mobility issues and everyone went above and beyond to assist me. I'm so happy to be a Worcester Dental Office patient.

I got partial denture done by this doctor that was cover by my insurance , after a few month my wisdom teeth bother me,it got an infection so I try to call and come In as an agent appointment and they told me I can't come in now have to be 3 more day then they have available for me, that is so unprofessional to tell a patience with an infection to come in at another time when they need help , so I been go to the place near my house they take me right away and prescription me with an antibiotic, after two year my teeth start to fall in the denture so I got a gum infection and so I didn't wear my denture for a week , till my gum is healing and I try on my denture again it didn't fit , I pregnant now and I have to go to Dialysys 6 day a week and I have to wear my mask on and it hard for me to breath , so I came back to him cause I know my insurance is cover for the adjustment and repair , when I got appointment he gave me a unreasonable excuse he tell me that someone is stepping on it and it bends so he couldn't fix it , he gave me a price that I have to do a whole new one with a price of $1200 and he give me a discount of $200 so I have to pay $1000 out of my pocket, what a unresponsive doctor they have there. I think he did a really bad job on my denture , he can't even recognize his job. I call my insurance and file complain about this situation , so I hope no one have to go through what I'm go through so don't go here.

I have been going to Worcester Dental for over 10 years and they have been the best. I always get an appointment when requested, including emergencys. Dr. Ochab is the best!! and all the girls and other Dr. at the office are so nice and friendly. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

This office is by far the best dentist I've ever been to. They're very happy to work around your schedule and are extremely accommodating. I highly recommend this practice to friends, family and everyone who likes to be treated well and have quality work done. Thank you!

This facility is a joke, rude doctor and receptionist, said the can't ever be seen cause I missed an appointment which is false and that's considered malpractice. I'm reporting this to higher up. Told me I have to wait and have the owner call me back. What a joke. I'll go to someone else and report this lack of care, and he used cheap dental materials for my fillings not even half a year and my gums are constantly bleeding and my nerve were the filling was is exposed and I take very good care of my teeth. Go to another dentist do not see this one.

Finding a good dental office is never an easy task, but I've been going to Worcester Dental Associates for many years now and I have to say they really are the best. They take the time to explain in detail what needs to be done. They have a wonderful staff. If you are searching for a dental office that cares try Worcester Dental Associates .... you'll be happy you did!

Great staff and very professional people to work with taking care of my needs. Performed work on replacing 15 year old top dentures previously from them, people were amazed they lasted that long with no issues. I highly recommend them to everyone I chat with about dental work.

I have been going to Worcester Dental for many years I have found that my experiences have been excellent from the front desk to the work stations. Dr Ochab, Dr Popek, Karen Yalien and Steve are exceptional professionals. Lisa and Gina at the front desk are courteous and professional a credit to your office.

Hi, I f you are looking for a Dental office that you can go to and feel like you are at home, Worcester Dental is the place! I was a patientthere for years when I had insurance. When I lost it, I stopped going! Years later I was looking for dentures or partials, so I got estimates from 2 places, and after I revived from fainting, I went to Worcester Dental! Assessment, cleaning, extractions, fillings, temporary partials and finally today, upper and lower partials! Dr. Pope, and Steve Budish, thank you
