Great work. The staff members are so polite an well informed. The Dentist himself is amazing, I hate Dentist an I mean hate them lol. This is the first time I've seen a Dentist in about 12 years. He's the first dentist to not give me any pain while doing work in my mouth. Only pain was the needles of Novocaine, and even that wasn't painful to be honest. On a number from 1 to 10 it was like a 3 or 4. Now I'll say he's brought my mouth back to life bc it was severely damaged but now I'm doing great.

They are great with children, NOT WITH ADULTS. The doctor seemed okay and helped me out but the STAFF ARE TERRIBLE. Once they had a full blown argument in front of me and then they are horrible with communication with their patients. Last week I called them to have my X-Rays transferred from them to another dentist and the first time I asked they said it was fine but they STILL didn't give them to my new dentist... this time I called a few days before my appointment with my new dentist and they told me I had a 90 dollar bill!!!! They didn't tell me that the first time I called them! WTH!!!!

Lady at the front desk rude ignorant when they call to confirm your appointment they should tell you to make sure you wear a mask. They didn't have extra masks and I was told to go buy one.

Extremely disappointing, was recommended here for a root canal as this is the only place that accepts my medical. Very rude and unprofessional receptionist. I tried to explain the first appointment couldn't be made due to a snow storm in my town, but she refused to hear any of it. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!!! CAREFUL OF WHO YOU TRUST WITH YOUR TEETH!!!

Haven't been to the dentist in years. The staff was kind and professional. The doctor handled the more serious problems on my first visit. Great experience!

Extremely disappointing, was recommended here for a root canal as this is the only place that accepts my medical. Very rude and unprofessional receptionist. I tried to explain the first appointment couldn't be made due to a snow storm in my town, but she refused to hear any of it. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!!! CAREFUL OF WHO YOU TRUST WITH YOUR TEETH!!!

Lady that answers phones and sets appointments has a very nasty and unprofessional attitude and should not be the one dealing with potential patients/customers...........I will be bringing my business elsewhere...the owners should consider getting a happier person answering their phones

The dentist removed a tooth, that went well. I asked if he'd file a specific tooth that was sharp because of an issue with a filling. I got nervous because it seemed like he wasn't looking at the right tooth... I made it a point to make sure we were on the same page and he was a wee bit dismissive. Hours later after the numbing went away guess what... HE FILED THE WRONG TOOTH! That is unacceptable. Never ever ever going back.

The dentist removed a tooth, that went well. I asked if he'd file a specific tooth that was sharp because of an issue with a filling. I got nervous because it seemed like he wasn't looking at the right tooth... I made it a point to make sure we were on the same page and he was a wee bit dismissive. Hours later after the numbing went away guess what... HE FILED THE WRONG TOOTH! That is unacceptable. Never ever ever going back.

I've been to a few dentist in my life but, the dentists at Dental Associates are more concerned about not causing pain and cleans my teeth, sends me reminders when i need one again. I've been with Dental Associates for over 20 years now and recommend them above all others: Not as expensive than all others, either! Dental Associates on Diamond Hill Rd. {near Price Right} is GREAT!

Never been here and never will. 1: most places who take longer than a half hr for lunch, only goes for an hr, not two hours! 2: VERY rude over the phone. I honestly thought this would be a good place to go to. Ha. I guessed wrong. Such a shame!

I would highly recommend this dentist office. They have an excellent bedside manner and their performance is pleasantly beyond expected. They made my new dentures, and I must say a job well done

Not to happy with the Dr., Yes he does not hurt! He does do alot of root canals and tries to save your teeth but he also pulls many too. Well, he pulled all my bottom teeth and messed up my gums! It's been well 3 yrs,..Now and my gums are still not healed I know there is still some tooth inside my gum as I can feel it! He also made my dentures way too big, I told him many times and nothing was done about it! The office girls are very nice, and always treated me with respect but the Dr. really messed up my mouth!! NO PAIN when you did it DR. But, I have PAIN now, EVERYDAY!!! I CAN'T EVEN EAT!! Don't blame it on my HEALTH PROBLEMS or BECAUSE I SMOKE, I have seen other dentist since YOU and they have told me NO!! It's because of the way you ripped out my bottom TEETH!!!
