My regular dentist office was closed. They worked me in as soon as I called and I was in and out within an hour of the call.

I have seen Dr. Woodruff and her wonderful staff for over 30 years. They are the type of folks that will treat you like a family friend every time you see them. I wouldn't recommend anywhere else.

The dentists are helpful and do a good job even when the visit is only for a routine checkup. I have been going with my family for many years ~~12 years. When the dentist finishes cleaning your teeth, they will go get Dr. Woodruff to take a look and give advice for dental matters. The waiting room has a TV. This is distracting. I would prefer that the waiting room did not have a TV. The waiting time is usually short. The last time I went I got in immediately when I came in. You get an option as a kid to choose different flavors of fluoride such as bubble gum or cherry. You are not allowed to eat or drink anything for 30 minutes after fluoride is applied as a kid

Dr. Woodruff is very friendly and makes you feel comfortable. You don't have to wait long to be seen and they are good to follow up.

It's a good place to have your teeth cleaned and that's it. Dr. Woodruff has horrible bedside manner, doesn't explain anything and downplays your concerns. My son needed 2 teeth pulled. She didn't explain anything to him, medicate him enough or even give him a heads up before she ripped his teeth out. It all happened so fast and while he was screaming she compared it to pulling a scab. We will never go there.

I came in for a cleaning, xrays, and treatment to come soon. My daughter also had her teeth repaired here. Dr. Woodruff is a kind hearted experienced Dentist that tries to make you feel comfortable as possible. My brother passed away a few years ag and a bill was owed to Dr. Woodruff for his kids. Upon hearing of his death, Dr. Woodruff forgave the balance completely. She is an amazing dentist and works hard to get anyone in quickly. She is a winner. This is hard to find in the world we live in today.

Dr. Woodruff is always a smiling face when she greets you and personally checks your teeth and mouth! She ensures you've received excellent care and always takes time to ask about your life, your family, things important to you & your family. Wouldn't want to go anywhere else!!

Horrible people very very rude to people of color. They are very very rough on your teeth. You cant get in until February. Come together and run them out of business.

I was recommended to Dr Woodruff and with my first appt I was immediately given a tooth clean I didn't want, need, or ask for but I got charged for and it took 10 min(I've never seen tooth cleaning with that kind of turn around) My main issue is I went for a tooth greatly bothering me that my previous dentist kept saying had no issue. Woodruff said the cavity was so bad that I barely had any tooth left. The receptions were great and finally a painful tooth was being fixed. Ended up I was out in over 90 clyndamycin and 4 doses of steroids(they knew my file showed that I used Albutetol inhaler and nebulizer) I ended up in the hospital with my kidneys ready to give out. That day, I went in for an ER visit, sat 4 hours and after that wait I was told by Dr. Gonzalez that I needed to go to the ER. After I had my insurance charged and paid out of pocket for the work that ended up leaving me in pain and my bite so messed up I've felt like I'm ready to genuinely break down. I'm now on dentist number 5, the first 2 said no problem with the tooth at all, the third said I needed to have ALL of my upper teeth removed and dentures, the 4 Woodruff said the cavity was so bad their was barely any tooth left, and now dentist number 5 says a root canal should have been done and advised that it is controversial to be using steroids for pain and the clydamycin also stripped my intestines so badly I have an infection. So that's is why I'm not a fan of dentist's. Dear Physicians and Dentist's of Huntington, WV, you are punishing people with real pain (abscess, infection, root canals, etc.) the majority of us, for the minority. Those of us in real pain don't return over and over, we don't say pain remains when it's been fixed, and we don't have anything displaying any type of abuse or past issues. STOP using those of us with real problems like we are lab rats. If you are an honest dentist or physician, you will not have any issues with the federal laws. Truly, you should be more than ashamed. 29 years I've not cried and I've been in tears and gone to the ER for what you should have done. Plush I got a bill, for the ER visits that they did nothing but put a mirror in my mouth and tell me to go to the ER. Truly, should be ashamed, you also added to the phobia I alrdy had. Just an awful place with an amazing reception team.

Had a fantastic experience today. They got me in first thing this morning when I called yesterday after having lost a filling. They were all so friendly and helpful! I have sensitive teeth and am normally very bothered by a cleaning but the hygienist I had was amazing. I saw Dr Woodruff and she was so nice, efficient, and really explained things to me. Will absolutely be returning.

I have been a patient of Dr. Judy for 30 years. So humble, and her staff are always so nice. I was told today during my regular cleaning that my teeth were too white for ZoomWhitening, and it would basically be a waste of money! (I whiten at home) Honest service, not out to drain your bank. They could have signed me up for the whitening and took my money. As long as Dr. Judy is practicing dentistry I won't ever switch!
