Staff seem more concerned with masks and calling people to confirm confirmed appointments than they do with patients. Daughter goes in for issues with a tooth comes out with filling and a brand new hole in the other tooth behind it. Says she say the assistant wince when he made the hole. Now the hole is larger the filling is falling out to where she flat pulled it out the other day. Trying to make appt today with other daughter, just trying to walk my 13 year old in and check her in and again masks this and that even though multiple people just had it below their chin sitting. U can not wear them, but like others I have kids and I also need medical care so to prevent us from getting that care due to a stupid mask to which they are supposed to provide an alternative method than just a mask. Also if you touch anyone's mask and hand it to them and do not offer them single wrapped and sanitary it's absolutely pointless at that point. I do not have the capacity to wear them, why should be my right to know and my doctor's not the entire world.. not being able to wear one is embarrassing and has caused me undue stigma and stress as obviously since I won't wear one that must mean I just don't want to.... Yup I certainly enjoy feeling like the African americans many years ago not allowed in the same areas, not allowed the same fountains, and treated like a plague... I just want a star on that but I can't so please don't act like everyone can.

Horrible front office workers! Absolutely the worst treatment I've ever had. So rude. There was an issue with my insurance and billing. They said I had an outstanding bill and wouldn't let me leave the office without paying them a portion of my bill, which I wouldn't have even gotten if they had my insurance correct. It's just a bummer because the doctor and dental assistants are so nice. But the front office people are so rude I will never go back.

The dentist asked me if I was a cop. After I stressed that I wasn't, he said legally I had to tell him because he asked. When he finally believed me, he took three hits of nitrous oxide and rolled around the room on his chair laughing to himself. 10/10 best dentist visit ever. The dental work was superb, too. Proving he can work under any circumstances.

this has got to be the worst experience i have ever had with a dental office...the dentist was great but the office staff leaves alot to be desired and need some serious training..they do not call back, multiple times i have asked for a call back for questions i have had and misunderstandings to be clarified and they never do ...they try to push the highest cost procedures on you and make you think there is no other option...you cannot get an emergency appointment unless you teeth have been bashed in...just horrible...never again

I've been going here for five years. I had several years before this not been to a dentist and while my teeth were not terrible they were polite and professional in getting me back to the level I should be. All the chairs look put towards the woods with many bird houses and feeders to see. I highly recommend this clinic for your dental needs.

Iust had my 2nd dental cleaning and checkup of the year today. This office continues to amaze me. I was lucky enough to have Gaylynn (the name is probably spelled wrong) as my dental hygienist. She's not part of the regular stuff but works one day a week here in addition to her full-time hygienist job at a dental practice in another county. How I wish she was on full-time here. I've got problem gums with sensitivity at the root level with some of my teeth. Gaylynn's gentle but thorough cleaning technique was almost pain-free. I've never, uh, "enjoyed" a cleaning this much in my relatively long experiences of dental cleaning. And once again, Dr. Chobot displayed the warmth and humor and knowledge that has made him among my top two favorite dentists of all time (the other was a long time ago in a state far, far away... I finally convinced my wife and son to become patients here. They are both lucky enough to have Dr. Chobot as their dentist, since I was big enough to share him with them. Woodridge Family Dentistry, in my opinion, remains the only dental practice for my family. I can't recommend it highly enough.

The dental hygienist was friendly to me and my teeth. She was very considerate and gentle with my teeth and gums. I trust Doctor Robison more than any other dentist in the area to give me a honest opinion if I need a filling or not. If he makes a recommendation for dental work it's to save my teeth rather than drain my bank account. I definitely recommend these guys.

Melanie Bloomquist should not be a dentist. She cares not a thing about saving teeth when money is involved. I wish someone would have warned me 19 years ago when I came in an emergency where both my front teeth were broken. The worst part is I thanked her so many times for fixing me when in reality she pulled out two healthy teeth. The first one was my idea, but I was 20 years old. I knew nothing about putting a post in and building up to put a crown on. A real dentist would have never gave me the option to pull it. The second one she pulled to cover the cost of the bridge she made and broke not a year later. So in the end I ended up with the cheapest metal bridge when I paid for the most expensive money can buy non metal bridge. Her father was a good dentist! He should have never let her practice.
