Dr. Patrick J. Fleming's practice has grown considerably over the years. He is intensely dedicated to family, continuing education, fitness and excellence in dentistry. This dedication has helped him build a growing list of loyal patients.
Dr. Patrick Fleming and his wife Deborah have been married since 1977. They have three children; two sons, Patrick Jr.(has a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Illinois Chicago) and his wife Liz and their children Colette and Cooper, Scott( has a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Illinois Chicago) Scott's wife is Julie. Dr. Pat Fleming and Deb's youngest is a daughter, Claire(has a nursing degree from Saint Louis University). Deb is a Registered Dental Hygienist. Family members in the dental field in addition to Dr. Patrick Fleming and Dr. Scott Fleming included Deb's father Dr. William Stoffel Sr., her brothers; Dr. William Stoffel and Dr. Ken Stoffel, Ken's wife Jeanne, a Registered Dental Hygienist, and Dr. Fleming's sister, CaronAlso a Registered Dental Hygienist.
A lifelong Chicagoland resident, Dr. Fleming received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree with honors from the University of Illinois in 1979. Prior to Dental School he graduated with honors from St. Laurence High School and attended Loyola University receiving a Bachelor of Science degree with honors . He was selected as a member of Alpha Sigma Nu , A national Jesuit Honor Society . By graduating among the top 15 of his class from the University of Illinois College of Dentistry, he was awarded membership in Omicron Kappa Upsilon , a national Dental Honor Society . Dr. Fleming has attended over 500 hours of continuing education classes. He has also completed the Prosthodontic Certification course for the Branemark Implant System and the Integral Implant System .
Dr Fleming participated in hooding Dr Scott Fleming as Scott graduated from UIC Dental school in May 2013. Dr Scott Fleming was accepted to the residency program at Illinois Masonic Hospital for the fall of 2013 to receive advanced dental training.
Dr. Fleming maintains active membership in the following professional organizations: American Dental Association, Illinois State Dental Society, Chicago Dental Society, The Periodontal & Restorative Study Club (Past President), and The Academy of General Dentistry.
Pat and Deb Fleming have been active runners for years and both have completed marathon races. Pat has logged over 7000 running miles. He has run the Chicago Marathon 10 times, and qualified for and completed the Boston Marathon in 1991, 1992, and 1993.
Dr. Scott Fleming is excited to continue a family tradition as the newest member of the family to enter the dental profession. Dr. Fleming is a third generation dentist preceded by his Grandfather Dr. William Stoffel, his uncles Drs. Bill and Kenneth Stoffel, and of course his Father Dr. Patrick Fleming. In addition, Dr. Flemings mother Deborah, Aunts Caron Tierney and Jean Stoffel are registered dental hygienists.
Dr. Fleming graduated magna cum laude from Marquette University in Milwaukee, WI with a major in Biomedical Sciences. He was highly involved in campus life including the Pre-dental club and Tournament Waterski Team. Dr. Fleming is a 2013 graduate form the University of Illinois at Chicago College of Dentistry with high Honors. He was the recipient of the Howard Kubacki Clinical Excellence Award for his dedication to exceptional patient care. During his tenure at UIC, Dr. Fleming was a team leader for the Goldies place dental clinic supervising fellow students delivering free dental care for homeless patients for which he received the Chancellors Student Service Award. In June of 2014, Dr. Fleming completed a one year residency program in general dentistry at Advocate Illinois Masonic Hospital in Chicago with a focus on the treatment of patients with special needs, moderate and conscious sedation and some minor surgical procedures as well as advanced restorative techniques. As an active member of the American Dental Association, Illinois Dental Society, the Chicago Dental Society, and the Academy of General Dentistry Dr. Fleming has already taken extensive continuing education with a focus in sedation dentistry, dental implantology and Invisalign orthodontic solutions.
In his free time Dr. Fleming is an avid outdoor enthusiast who enjoys camping, hiking, skiing, mountain biking and waterskiing. When the weather isnt cooperating Dr. Fleming plays ice hockey and enjoys spending time with his family and friends.
I have been going to Dr Fleming since my first dental visit. The entire staff has been wonderful to me. I have seen every hygienist multiple times as well as the Dr. himself.I would recommend this office to families with individuals of all ages. Alex S.

Still forcing Masks in waiting room.sept 22. they refuse to follow the science.... requiring masks in the waiting room with no one else around but then your fine to take it off to have your teeth worked on.... does covid only exist in your waiting room?

After my dentist of 20yrs retired, I came here for an appointment. So glad I did! For years I've been in pain (here & there) with something my previous dentist said he couldn't fix. The second visit last week was to repair what my previous dentist said couldn't be repaired. I feel great! Nice family business. I recommend this place!

I've been going to Woodridge Dental for 30 years! I'm very impressed with Dr. Fleming and his staff. Dr. Fleming created a perfect match when my front teeth were fractured. His staff is welcoming, professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this dental practice.

I am happy I selected Dr. Scott Fleming at Woodbridge Dental to care for my teeth. He was professional, kind, compassionate and thorough. It was my first time there and a dental emergency. He repaired my tooth nicely and didn't pressure me to return or to do a bunch more work. He advised me on possible needed work with a thorough explanation and told me to think about it. His staff was friendly and capable. The office was clean and had a nice atmosphere. I will definitely return and would recommend him to others.

We are quite pleased with his gentle and exceptIonal work, his associates Are truly kind and knowledgable Again, we cannot brag enough of his expertise. Even though we've moved a distance away a while ago, we still continue to travel to him for our dental health. Excellent !

I love the experience at Woodridge dental! The whole team is wonderful from the front desk to the assistant and of course Dr. Scott Flemming! Even with the COVID pandemic, they follow safe practice precautions and guidelines to continue their efficiency and high quality dental services. Always on time, good manners, and amazing dentistry

Woodridge Dental has the most courteous front office staff, welcoming dental assistants, and dedicated dentists. I am never waiting long, the staff really listens, and the dentists are genuinely concerned with the care you receive while in that chair. I feel I am getting A+ service and would recommend them to everyone in the area.

My family has been going to this group since I was a child and now as an adult I always find a way to come back to town and get my dental care from them. They have cared for us through routine cleanings to dental emergencies and many procedures in between and always done a phenomenal job! I can honestly say that I love going to the dentist!
