Best dentist ever. I have never experienced anything negative in this office. Everyone is professional and makes sure I am comfortable. Bonus,I do not need to drive into town. Love them!

This place use to be great. But recently gone downhill. The dentist and the legacy staff is still good, but their front office and some of the assistance (I don't know if they are a hygienist or not). I have been over billed, by quite a bit. Then this last visit, they forget to bill me some time in the past for a couple things, and charge me for that. Who knows if it is legitment or not. Now they want me to get a motuhguard, but I cannot trust the price (nor do they seem to have confidance in the price). Is it $80? Is it $800? I don't know, neither do they. They just tell me to call my insurance and figure it out. WHAT?!?! Then this visit the assitant (or hygenist) got short because the thing they tried to use to keep my mouth open was gagging me. I never told her we could not go forward with trying this thing, but it was gagging me. She proceded to be short and seemingly irritated. The dentist took over at that point, in which he seemingly easily did it without the thing. She was giving me treatment plan again, and I asked if they had sured up the price on the mouth guard. I was told it is only an estimate and to ask my insurance again. When I told her that I am not going to get the mouth guard until someone can sure up a price, I was told "It is your mouth." I am not sure I am going to continue my business here. I have never had these problems from any dental or medical before, I am not sure why they can not get more accurrate estimates. Also need to be more considerate to patients.

It was my first appointment and a good experience. The girls up front were amazing so kind and sweet. Doctor Smith was very helpful and explained my treatment in detail. It was not easy facing what I was going to have to go through. But Donna was compassionate and understanding to me. Her kindness was unbelievable. Thank you to everyone!!!

I went for my anual check up. They were great! They will listen to your situation and will find options to help you. I was very nervous but they were so kind and emphatic that I could trust them. So, I brought my mom so she can have the same attention. They work with her with so much love! Do I recommend them? Yes I do!

These dental professionals who I was with highlighted a problem in my brushing form by looking at the calculus that was still left, they helped me improve with tips on how to reach those areas. I am incredibly appreciative for their knowledge and professionalism.

I had a filling come out, so I scheduled an appointment to get it fixed and everyone there was so nice from the moment I walked in the door. The front desk was so cheerful and inviting, the hygienist very friendly and personable, and the Dr was very welcoming and made me feel extremely comfortable. They took care of my problem right away and I very much appreciated it. Highly recommend!!

I love this dental office. Felt welcomed and was listened to when I said what I wanted to have done. Also liked that they never said anything about the way I hadn't taken care of my teeth instead just looking for a solution for me

Kind staff and dentist! Listened and explained everything thoroughly! I especially appreciated the cancellation waitlist for an appointment since I was initially told it would be 3 months until I could get a routine exam and cleaning. On the waitlist I was able to get in within the same month!

Always a great experience, the office staff and dentist are so sweet and helpful and will listen to your concerns. My husband doesn't like to have to go to the dentist, but he has no problem going here. Thank you all your a blessing.

Always a pleasant crew from front desk to the chair . The new faces for me , take away nothing . Very happy I found and stuck with you guys. Even while I dread the resulting report from the dentist , it's a pleasure coming in after all. Beautiful place

Always a friendly staff, I had a tooth ache Saturday morning, I went into a panic, guess what they're open, I walked in and was put in a chair immediately. Dr came in diagnosed my problem, I walked out pain free. I was out within an hour. That's what I'm talking about! Thanks to everyone. See you in 6 months

Can you actually love a dentist? Yes! I love going to Woodmen Dental in Falcon. Everyone there is so attentive and genuinely care about you. My hygienist, Emi, is especially great!
