So my current situation is that I'm playing phone tag with this proprietor......I received a phone call on August 1st concerning my mom's service that was done 3 weeks ago.I have called and left several messages with no call back or any other notification. Everytime I have recently contacted this office has been done in person.....no one answers the phone or returns calls. BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES!

The Woodlawn team did a great job with my tooth extraction. From the front desk personnel, x ray technician, and dentist, all professionals. I came in without an appointment with excruciating pain. They had me in and out in two hours!

Front desk staff was rude and very unprofessional need a class in HIPAA & customer service I have been a patient here for nearly 20yrs Never had the problems that I'm having now my last two visits I was told that I have a bill from 2013 it is 2021 now.Never have I been treated so rudely And spoken to so ugly in the front lobby About a bill with other patients in the lobby. When I asked about billing I was very rudely told that billing was done on site if that staff that's in the front now is doing the billing that lets me know why I was just notified about the bill from 2013. Thanks Jada 5* for you.You were outstanding.

Woodlawn Dental is the worst place to ever go. Very rude assistant and dentist. No care for people in pain they just want the money. It smells and the parking is awful. GO AT YOUR OWN RISK!! I NEVER WILL AGAIN!!!

I went in Woodlawn Dental office for a cleaning .... The wait was not very long ...my dental hygienist, Jade was stellar ....My teeth look excellent by the way...while she was doing the procedure ...she explained some ways to keep my smile pretty.. and keep my teeth clean, without making me feel bad for trying to take the easy way out ...by using a water pic instead of flossing. I felt really good afterwards and inspired to do better with my dental health... Thanks Jade for being you!!!!

We decided to go here because it was the closest one to us compared to our old dentist. It gets 3 stars because the staff is really and the first appointment I had with then was not bad.. My first appointment they had already gotten everything from x-rays etc to know what I need if I came a second time. When I booked this second appointment I told them exactly what the problem was and I did not expect to come in just for them to literally take less than a minute to look at my tooth THEN refer me to another dental clinic AND charge over $30 for it. That, to me, was a total rip off and a waste of my morning.

I called Woodlawn Dental today because I really needed a filling looked at. I called at the right because there was a cancellation. Collins along with assistant Stephanie took good care of me and fixed my problem. The staff was courteous and professional. I chose them because out of all the previous work that's been done on my teeth through the years, I never had a problem.

Customer Service sucks. A little on the expensive side. Dirty and they use regular gloves. When I was asking question I was rudely told I can go somewhere else. Never again

If you need dentures, don't go there. I waited months for them to send an itemized claim to my insurance company for approval. Takes 10 to 14 days. They never even sent a claim. I waited for over 2 months, and never once did they call, and say they still haven't heard from my insurance. I actually called my insurance company mad, and it turned out that Woodlawn Dental Personnel lied to me. They never sent a claim. I felt so bad raising a ruckus with my insurance. My insurance company tried to call them, got a full mailbox. How unprofessional. People who gave them a good reference must have not had much done. My advice, go somewhere professional. Somewhere you can get seen without lies. They could use a nicer office.

Great experience! Friendly staff. I hadn't been to the dentist in over a decade - they've done a great job at getting my dental hygiene back on track.
