The All-on-4 Treatment Concept replaces your missing teeth with a full dental bridge supported with at least four, sometimes six, dental implants. Patients love this system, because with fewer implants needed, there is a reduction in both the overall treatment time and cost, while vastly increasing your overall comfort with your denture device.
Many patients find that they are surprised to learn that they are candidates for All-on-4 Treatment Concept. Though the process is a surgical procedure, it is a minimally invasive procedure, meaning that even our more medically delicate patients are candidates. The most important factor in this procedure is the ability to heal properly. If you suffer from a condition or take a medication that limits your ability to heal, it does not eliminate you as a candidate, but it will mean that we will want to make adjustments to promote healing. This may include working with your physician or asking the patient to make adjustments to their health, including stopping the use of tobacco products.
In most implant procedures, it is necessary to bulk up the patients bone before implantation. The unique All-on-4 treatment concept solution often does not require the step of placing a bone graft, saving considerable time to the overall healing and completion. The All-on-4 Treatment Concept is designed to reach the more substantial bone, ensuring greater stability in the bone. Most patients will be able to have an either your denture device or a temporary set of teeth, to be placed on the same day of surgery. Dr. Mizin I was such a chicken. But when i woke up from sedation my first words we're "I'm happy". No pain, bleeding or swelling! One wisdom tooth and one molar taken out! I'm very picky! I went to numerous dentists before finding a place where i would feel safe and comfortable. Best oral surgeon in the valley and his team! Very nice

Wisdom tooth extraction a breeze! Honestly I was terrified of getting my lower two teeth out, but Dr. Mizin was very reassuring and did a great job. I already had been given a scare from my regular dentist after he looked at my xrays, so as soon as I left his office, I made an appt with Woodland Hills MS, following generally good reviews, and chose the location because it was close to home. At the appointment, Dr. Mizin was open and honest with me that it would be a risky procedure because of my teeth straddling the nerve, but he didn't seem too worried. (very much a pro!) He explained his approach for me as conservative and what he would do if it became a challenge. He was really cool and I felt I was in good hands. I was also worried about being put under, as this was new to me. The day of surgery I was a nervous wreck, but the staff on the day were really professional and reassuring, and I woke up from what seemed like a refreshing nap with a bit of gauze, in front of a little welcoming party and my boyfriend ready to pick me up. Dr Mizin said it went better than expected. Recovery was pretty easy too and I was eating fries the next day (carefully!). It's been a week since and I'm pretty much back to normal.

Dr. Hale is an amazing doctor with the best bed side manners I've ever experienced. He's kind, understanding and caring. He takes extra steps and care to ensure his patient is not in pain and feels comfortable. In addition he's generous with his time and services.
