Dr. Nelson has been delivering the highest quality of dental care for over 36 years! He earned his undergraduate and dental degrees from Marquette University in 1984, and has completed a Fellowship for the International College of Oral Implantologists. Dr. Nelson is a part-time clinical instructor at Marquette University School of Dentistry, and an active member in many leading dental organizations.. He is currently a board member of Waukesha County Dental Clinic, a non-profit organization to provide dental care for low income children.
Dr. Zelko has been setting the highest standards for excellence in dentistry for over 36 years! He earned both his undergraduate and dental degrees from Marquette University. An esteemed member of the dental community, Dr. Zelko has completed additional training in orthodontics. He is also an active member in . many dental organizations. In his spare time, Dr. Zelko enjoys the outdoors, fishing, playing golf, and spending time with is wife and two children and hisgrandchildren.
Dr. Nelson Suwalski is very excited to return to her hometown. She earned both her undergraduate and graduate dental degrees from Marquette University. Dr. Nelson Suwalski provides care in all spects of dentistry and continues to learn the newest treatment modalities including Invisalign. She enjoys rehabbing furniture, farmers markets, yoga and spending time with her husband, daughter and rescue dog.
Dr. Mark Zelko graduated from Marquette with a undergraduate degree in Biology and his dental degree. He is a member of the American Dental Association as well as the Wisconsin Dental Association. He has completed advanced training in Invisalign and Implants. His dental philosophy is to treat each patient as family and educate them so they can play an active role in their dental health.He has a focus on comprehensive care to treat his patients as a whole not just one tooth at a time. In his spare time he enjoys traveling, golf, packer games and spending time with his wife and 3 children.
Nov 12 2019 Ava E. This is my favorite place because of the toys and how gentle they are when cleaning my teeth. They also were nice enough to let me watch my dad's teeth get cleaned and learn how it is done.
July 9,2019 Terry O. Been going to Woodland Dental from the day they opened. Their staff is extremely welcoming. Dr Zelko and Dr Nelson are excellent with both kids and adults. Truly happy with the whole staff.

Very friendly, efficient, and close to my house. First visit after my previous dentist retired, so it was nice to locate a great dental office to replace the one I've known for decades. I will definitely return for future dental care.

Definitely the best dentistry experience! The doctors and hygienists are so kind and will work with you on what your dental goals are while keeping in mind cost, fears, or schedule. The office is extremely comfortable, truly a family oriented operation!

Love this dental group. I was looking for a new dentist & second opinion & boy was I glad this place was recommended. I felt very comfortable & relaxed. (Who says that about a dental place?) You are almost treated like you are part of their family. Looking forward for future appointments.

Very friendly staff and able to make a quick appointment for an emergency. I was put at ease before an extraction. Will go back to Woodland Dental after having severe anxiety from previous dental experiences.

Best dentist I've ever been to. Dr. Mark is so nice. He explains everything and answers every question I have. Emily is my hygienist and she's extremely thorough and does a super fantastic job. Woodland dental had an awesome receptionist too. She respond immediately to my text messages and phone calls. Everyone has an awesome attitude and I love coming here.

I have been to many dentists, and I stopped going because they made me feel bad about my teeth. These dentists are the opposite. They made feel welcome and explained everything they would like to and gave me options for what I wanted. The entire staff is amazing from check in to check out. I've convinced my sister to go and she was just as amazed at the service as I was. I even had a dental emergency and they managed to squeeze me in. There's a reason they have five stars.

Highly recommend! Had a bad experience with the local anesthetic and they listened to my concerns while setting up more of "confidence building" appointment for my filling. Had a great experience afterwards and settled my nerves quite a bit!

Everyone is very nice, friendly and helpful. Scheduling was good. Dr Mark was great! He did a great job of explaining everything going on! I've seen the other Drs years ago and they are just as good! I would highly recommend them to anyone!
