The staff was unable to locate the forms I spent time filling out online before the appointment (the online system was not working well so I had to fill out the forms multiple times online before receiving confirmation it was sent successfully), so I had to re-do them on paper. Also, the Covid policy is all family members have to quarantine at home for 10 days prior to an appointment even if nobody in the house has symptoms, everyone tests negative and everyone is vaccinated. Their concern was that I (not the patient) spoke briefly outdoors with a person last week who tested positive this week for Covid, so it was unclear if I even had an exposure. We had just tested as a precaution before the appointment and they said it did not matter.

Dr. Hicken is an awesome Orthodontist! I am very happy with his work and attention to detail. Best Orthodontist out there! The staff are also very friendly, fun, and welcoming!

Dr. Hickin's is a great orthodontist. Both of our sons are using Invisalign and we are seeing improvements each month.

My smile will never be the same...and that's a good thing! Dr. Hicken is a true professional yet easy to talk to and makes you comfortable from the first minute. I had my fair share of experience with braces as a teenager but the invisalign technology combined with Dr. Hicken's care and precision gave me the smile I always wanted to have! His team is friendly and caring. I would highly recommend this place and their services.

Dare I say that Dr. Hicken is an even better man than he is as an Orthodontist. You can't find anybody else who's more consistently full of integrity in every circumstance. He won't share client info even with his own family. He does a great job at his profession. Saved my high school experience and boosted my popularity points by giving me a great smile! Even if I popped a bracket every other week haha
